      I did an option trading on Mar. 17th, the call option that I sold did not go through the first time without me knowing until after 20 minutes. How the app was lay out was not very helpful for me to tell that the option was still exist. I end up losing over $100. If I knew that it was sitting in the pending order as what Sofi agent told me, I would have tried re-selling it again. But I had no way knowledge that it was not sold until after 20 minutes when I lost money.

      On March 8 2023 I created an account with SOFI Bank. I deposited $100 into the account. On March 14 2023 2 unauthorized deposits each for $90 totaling $180 came into my SOFI checking account from ***************** I promptly called SOFI and told them this money does not belong to me it belongs to Fifth Third where I have another account. The money strangely came from them so I sent the $180 back to them from the SOFI account it had credited to. Now SOFI is trying to reverse those transactions saying it was their money when it plainly belonged to Fifth Third from the start. SOFI is trying to rob me for $180 for sending money rightfully back to the legal owner. They have my account Negative with them for $180. SOFI Bank is doing fraud against me and holding me hostage financially.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Sofi bank has me charged with overdraft charges and the company has no overdraft policy in place. They pay no overdrafts for transactions. The only overdraft policy they have is using a savings account to pay any overages and I have no savings overdraft policy with them. As I said before that money was sent unknowingly to my Sofi account from **************** and I was contacted by **************** about the deposits and I promptly returned the money to them. I'm being falsely charged for money that doesn't belong to Sofi Bank.

      I am rejecting this response because: My Sofi account is still charged negative against me. My Sofi account is Negative -$180 for money that belonged to ***************** Sofi tried to reverse the payments I sent back to **************** without my permission. Sofi has no overdraft system in place except the option to use savings account for any overdrafts. Meaning there was no overage on my account. All transactions were funded legally. Attached is a bank statement proving my transaction history.

      On February 27 I opened my account with this company and linked my other banking to my new sofa account. In exchange I transferred the money that I had left in my other account into this account because I was going to just use this bank account. In doing so I received a check for the amount of $500 it was a paycheck I deposited it into this account the next thing I know my account is Frozen the same day that I'm supposed to receive the $500 transfer from my bank account. That same day was my daughter's birthday that was all the money that I had I have called this company everyday for almost 2 weeks now to find out when I will have access to my funds or if I will even continue to have an account with them I cannot get any answers I keep getting told that I will just have to wait do you know how hard it is to explain to an 11-year-old the situation as to why her mother could not get her anything at all for her birthday. I feel as if this bank is trying to keep my money

      I was scammed out of multiple thousands of dollars and the company did the bare minimal to get me my money back. I was scammed by someone being a Sofi employee and gained access to my account and transferred money out of my account. I froze my account and made a claim to sofi and they said that since I went against their agreement, I was only able to get back $1800 of my $5000. The $1800 was the remaining money out of the Sofi account that scammed me and thats what they were only able to give me. Companies literally have fraud insurance for issues like this one.

      I had opened a complaint with the BBB to describe what happened to me with SoFI. They did send me a letter, agreeing with the fact that my issue was not addressed correctly. Because I spent over 30 days trying to resolve an address issue that they had, and I was never able to get a person who could fix it. I decided to protect myself and cancel the credit card.At the time the person who closed the account told me that once I closed it I could not reopen it. This was fine, as I did not want to reopen it, I wanted to apply for a new card and get my account back under my control. I even told the person I was working with that this was my intent. Not once did this person tell me that I would never be able to apply for a new card.This is the stupidest thing I ever heard of, just like canceling my card because I noticed a charge on my account that I wanted to dispute. Clearly from the letter i received that should not have happened.I loved SoFI, what I did not love was the support and lack of problem solving skills that were used. So now, because they will not fix, I will move all my banking away from SoFI, unless they somehow manage to get head out of **** and fix the issues, I will be forced to move my checking/saving as well as trading account.

      I have had an account with SoFi since October. I linked my bank account and recently transferred $1500 into my checking account. Within 24 hours, my account was frozen without any explanation. When calling to get information, the representative was hostile and continually threatened to hang up anytime I asked a question. I was then asked to provide a phone number so that I could send pictures of ID and a selfie in exchange for information on my account. The representative refused to accept my phone number despite being the only one I had. Since I cannot get an answer for my account being frozen and I cannot use the account, I wanted the transfer canceled and my account closed. I was refused this request and then hung up on. I now have a pending transfer with no way to cancel and an account I cannot close. All I want at this point is to end my relationship with this bank

      This is a very unprofessional Bank and lacks any compassion for customers or there rights. I filed a dispute for unauthorized charges on my mastercard debit card that I had with them and i did so as soon as i realized the charges as is required however sofi showed no understanding consideration or remorse for my situation as a customer they just asked me a few questions and than said Id hear from them again in ************************************************************************************************************** stating that theyd be shutting my account down for reasons They wont be specific about However Im positive I did absolutely nothing to result in my account being closed plus Im still missing money just adding insult to injury Id also like to note that never once did they honor the Debit Card Agreement and Error Resolution Disclosure which secures there commitment that we the consumer wont be held responsible for unauthorized or erroneous card transactions as long as theyre reported no later than sixty (60) days after the first statement on which the problem or error occurred was made available. My case has been closed i unfairly and I would like my money back

      Sofi has held my money since at least August 2022. They will not release it and will not tell me why. They say apex is holding it and they will ask them to release it. Other then that they leave me on hold, transfer me from fraud department to jnvestment department over and over never telling me anything except hold a moment and lastly they will tell me to call back later or that they will call or email me. Which they never do. I asked for information to contact apex and they say that's not possible. How is this legal?

      I bank with SoFi I log in my account one day an my account has been frozen. I was advised to call a number prompt on the screen . I called the number as advised. Once someone gets on the phone ******* stated I need to be transferred. Rep stated for me to leave a voicemail due to that the only way to get intouch with whoever in the department. Fine I left a voicemail havent gotten any response. So therefore I called back once again ** transferred to the voicemail. I also emailed them regarding this freeze on my account. No one can help nor give a resolution. Everyone stated once the team is done they will contact you directly. Theres no set time frame on when they will be done . I have small kids a bills . Theres no way I can wait until *************** gets done it could take years since theres so set time frame nor a direct number to speak with that department

      after filing a dispute with this bank My funds were not returned after serval emails to the dispute department, they did not respond to my request many times they hung up the phone me gave miscommunication to me about my claim even broke the terms and conditions about the process of the dispute to not give me my money back. My funds are still missing.
