I have been receiving physical mail at my apartment addressed to a previous recipient. I have never done ANY business with SoFi. According to the attached document, you stated that you'll be sending a consent form to the customer i.e. the intended recipient. Chances are that consent form will end up back at my address and not end up in the hands of the intended recipient because the mailing address they provided is no longer their place of residence. You'll have to find some other way of contacting them.

I had 4 Sofi p2p payments totaling around $2700 and I wanted to buy bitcoin, which SoFi said was allowed but their card was not working so I sent bank transfers to my external checking account so I could use my debit card to buy bitcoin. It said pending so I went to bed, I woke up the following morning to my account "Frozen" I called and they said I would have wait until the review team reaches out to me. I said that was fine, then about an hour later while my account was frozen I started seeing "Miscellaneous debits" happening I called immediately and was met with the same script saying I will have to wait for the review team to reach out to me. While I was waiting I pulled up all of my transactional receipts used for this account and waited. Well I was waiting and waiting and then received a DoNotReply email from SoFI saying my account was closed and they won't tell me why or where my money is. I called again today and was gave the same script but this time they say. I violated tos but thats impossible as all my transactions are from bitcoin trading which I was told specifically by SoFi was allowed. This is a total nightmare.Business Response

Some did a fraudulent charge on my credit card of more than 400 dollars. I called to dispute the charge. They said it would take 2 weeks for me to get a new card and 2 months for them to investigate to remove the charge. This is way to wrong of a process!!! Other banks Ive dealt with didn't take this long. The fraudulent charge happened while I was at work and from a state i don't live in!!! I just want the charge removed from my credit card it shouldn't take 2 months!! They said 2 billing cycles which equals 2 months.Business Response

Im a Victim of Fraud and Identity theft, and *** made MULTIPLE complaints and follow *** WITH ALL 3 Credit Companies..and SoFi, ive told them to delete any account that were made in my name because I didnt originally open them or give anyone permission to, the credit companies and sofi seems to refuse to ack***ledge the information I provided and kept the account open AFTER telling them to close all accounts thats ILLEGAL, if you can help guide me to a credit lawyer that would be great because im willing to sue *** for negligence and the amount of damage that was made to my credit reports.ive been complaining for months and every party k***s and have a case about it but is choosing to ignore it, I actually want a PAID settlement too for all the trouble they caused. SOFI is PRACTICING ILLEGAL METHODS TO KEEP MY ACCOUNT ACTIVE, I want SOFI and the credit companies to remove ALL information about Sofi from ALL my accounts.its fraudulent and they need to pay for keeping an account open for so long after I told them I shouldnt have any and to close them all, they lied in my face. I have a checking account with SoFi. In January 2023, I opened a claim dispute with A hotel that owed me money. I have sent the bank all the information they need, including emails from the manager of that hotel, and a voicemail, where she states yes, the money is due me.To this day, SoFi has not 'completed their investigation'. I have written them through email and their chat, and called them, more times than I can remember and they still have not taken care of this. Last I heard was they need another month.Why on earth would this take so long? And no provisional credit. No other bank I have had has EVER done this.Business Response

I signed up for the SoFi Credit Card in Aug 2022 with a $200 bonus promotion for spending $1500 in the first 3 months. I spent $1,706.99 at Homedepot.com on 09/09/2022 and paid off the entire balance on 10/07/2022. However, the $200 bonus promotion was never credited to my account.Business Response
