      I filed a fraud claim for my bank account due to unauthorized transactions by cashapp. They denied me for receiving any funds or even provisional credit. It left me in a behind because it happened exactly when I just got paid and then entirety of my paycheck was gone due to the unauthorized transactions in the amount of $3200. Then a couple days later after making a decision on the claim, they deactivated my debit card and then closed out my bank account without any notice until an email saying they closed my account. That really left me in a bind because then I had no access to any of my funds at all.

      SOFI decided to restrict my account and take hostage of all my money without providing any further information. I spoke to a dozen of customer service reps and were told to leave a message at Security Team's Mailbox *************. However, no one ever responds to me after leaving numerous messages. It's been almost a year and they still have not got back to me regarding what's going on.

      There are a few discrepancies between the credit bureaus about this account. And I didn't not give my written instruction for them to ************ account. 15 u.s.c. also states that I have the right to privacy. They have called my phone and sent letter to my house.

      Disputed fraudulent charges to checking account appx $500, in five transactions to Target. I disputed them as soon as they were made (I was notified by text of the purchases right away). It has been 10 days and only 3 of the 5 charges were resolved. The other two are the higher ones. I have tried to respond to SoFi via email, ************ to no avail. Even their emails to me regarding the resolved charges, which I'm supposed to be able to reply to, do not go thru. There is NO WAY to speak with anyone who can actually help. This completely wiped out my account. Thank goodness I had no drafts or outstanding checks. Just interest lost. This money was, however, set aside for a major surgery.

      I contacted SoFi about my account being frozen and not being able to receive my funds back. They kept on telling me the agent is working on my case and that I will soon (No timeframe) will get a call back which I never got. I filed a complaint with the BBB and got a called back the following day stating my account will be closed after the dispute has been completed. I also got a written mail stating the same as well as I will receive any funds in either a check or linked bank account. My dispute has been completed on Nov 1, 2022 and I received an email stating that it was completed yet I received no email stating that my account is closed. I kept calling them and they keep on giving me the same response " The agent is working on your case, but I cannot give you any timeframe when you'll expect a call." I never got a response so here I am filing another complaint demanding my account closed as well as my money returned back to me. I haven't had access to my money in that account for almost a month. I don't want any call back, just my gawdamn money back! Thank you

      I signed up for the Sofi credit card on August 31st, 2022. As a part of the signup bonus, I should earn $200 after spending $1,500 in the first 3 months. I met the requirement for the same back on September 19th, 2022. I have not yet received the $200 bonus.I have reached out to the Sofi rewards team multiple times. A support ticket for this issue was also created. Support ticket # *******, there has been no update on the support ticket since November 4th. I am attaching a reference page of the promotion that I signed up for while applying for the credit card.

      My husband sold some phones and 2 of the buyers paid him by check. One was deposited on OCTOBER 11, another on October 26, and another on October 31. The check on the 11th & the 31st came from the same person and the one on the 26th came back unpaid or bounced for some reason, due to that happening SoFi took it upon themselves to start calling about our other transactions which have not been returned unpaid and harassing people about whether or not the checks issued were legitimate. The woman is older & I believe they confused her because they are under the impression that she told them she did not write the checks to us, yet none of them have been returned ************* have my account frozen and Im unable to withdraw my funds. So my husband went in person & explained to the woman there situation and she was so confused on what he was talking about assuring him that her checks were good which he reassured her that we knew that but the SoFi calling her asking her has got this poor old woman really confused & its completely ridiculous because of the situation was as they are trying to make it, they checks would be already canceled by the bank & that has not happened yet over a month later. I want my account closed immediately & my funds transferred to my linked bank.

      So on 11/01/2022, I unknowingly had deposited a fake check because I was scammed, and the SOFI bank had frozen my account, I went ahead and called them, where they transferred me to a internal investigation team voicemail, I was asked to leave a message and they would return my phone call, its been 11 days since Ive called them, I was told it would only take 5-7 business days to call me back, and they still dont have an answer for me. I have $350 and change in my account that isnt part of the investigation and they refuse to let me have my money, also I contacted them again today. And they lady on the phone said at this time we have no information and you need to call the investigation team, and then I said Ive been transferred several times and they dont answer her response was, unfortunately thats all I can do, they will call you back within 5-7 business days, then she transferred me without further comment, I tried calling back but now the phone line doesnt go through and just ends.

      I received a letter from SoFi today (11/10/2022) in response to a previous complaint I made against them. Their response to my complaint was neither correct nor helpful. They mentioned that they emailed me to warn me about my checking/savings account being closed and getting charged-off if I do not pay my balance, but I never received an email saying that. The only email I received (on 9/04/2022; it is attached below) regarding any closure/removal of anything on my account was that my Overdraft Coverage would be removed, not that my account would be closed and charged-off. I also keep getting told to call the ********************** to settle my charged-off balance, but every time I've called, a representative would either refer me to other departments, tell me that they cannot find my account, tell me that SoFi doesn't have any procedure in place to allow me to pay off my balance, or tell me that I have to wait months to hear from a third-party agency about my balance (I have phone recordings to prove this). None of the information I've received from SoFi representatives made sense. I have been going back and forth with this bank for over a month now and this has gotten extremely frustrating. I just want to settle my charged-off balance and be completely done with this bank. I do not care about reopening this account since I do not want to bank with them any longer.

      My account was frozen on Nov 9th, 2022 for no apparent reason. This is my main account so it affects many payments and other financial aspects of mine. I called SOFI but they refused to provide any information such as reason, time frame or how to unfreeze the account. The only thing I was told was to wait for an indifinite amount of time. I'm appalled by the action taken by SOFI to freeze accounts without considering how it might affect the client's finance when there is no evidence of fraud or other illegal activites. They should be held legally responsible for violation of personal property and for any damage caused to me financially or else.
