      I Received notification on October 20th I was charged $99.95 from a company called super saver I immediately contacted this institution and reported it being that it was a pending charge they said there's nothing we can do until it cleared. Once it cleared I immediately notified this institution once again I was told my card was deactivated and a new one would be in the mail a few hours later another charge of $99.95 Hit my account from blue savings again I immediately reported it to this institution again they said it's pending we have to wait I inquired about the 1st one and why my card was still open and vulnerable they had no answers I went in and canceled my card again Waited for the now 2nd fraudulent charge to clear reported it again was told they would look into it and nothing. I repeatedly inquired about both of these fraudulent charges today I received notice that the charges are not fraudulent this is complitaly outrageous that this institution has not dont their homework to see that these companies do not exist they do not have any online presence they do not have a customer service line they do not have a product they are sending or selling me I do not have a budget that allows me to spend an extra $200 on something I know nothing about. My child's birthday is this week the budget for his birthday is $200 he will not be getting a birthday because of this institution's failure to protect my assets and my family's assets I demand to see documentation from both of these companies that I agreed to these charges are demand phone numbers a website I demand to see the product or what it is that I allegedly agreed to purchase at the price of $99.95 2 separate times This is outrageous. I attempted to resolve this with SoFi MANY MANY TIMES If these other companies existed I would attempt to resolve it with them but they don't.

I have requested repeatedly the information that you used to determine I approved this charge,  I have received nothing. I have zero communications or information regarding this company on file and they are not found on the internet. I provided your agents with proof of hundreds of other people reporting this scam and yet you find this valid.

      I referred my friend and neither of us have received the referral bonus and sofi is claiming they have no record of my link being used. Thats a problem with your tracking system then. My friend used my link. Theres nothing else to say. Please credit our accounts. I have chatted with sofi in the app and shared my friends email. Happy to provide it again but dont want to post it publicly here. Thank you.

      Sofi has a promotion if with ladder. If you get Ladder in insurance you get a 100$ bonus. I did everything and reached out to them and still haven't gotten anything.

      However, given the request was to stop sending me paper - I'm confused as to why the communication of their agreement to honor this request had to also happen via paper.

      I purchased a new issue, 3-month Certificate of Deposit from SoFi in July, 2022, for $190,000. The ***** is 83407DAA4. The advertised coupon was 2.2%. Settlement occurred on July 26, 2022. The CD matured on October 26, 2022. At maturity, and to compute the interest owed to my account, SoFi used a // lower // coupon: 2.1%. The lower coupon resulted in SoFi shortchanging me $47.89 .Purchase of the CD was made through *********************

      As of this writing I have not received a "disclosure consent form." Once I do, I intend to complete the form, submit it, and then await SoFi's further response.

      On 11/7/22 I contacted SoFi to figure out why I was unable to open a checking account with them. I was transferred to SoFi's Security Team and the representative told me I am unwelcome to apply for any SoFi's products because when I applied for a loan in the past my income was unverifiable. This is wrong and unjust.

      October 5th a hacker got into several of my bank accounts that had the same password and same username. Bc of this he didnt need to attempt password change on my SoFi account. October 6th he transferred $520 from my savings into my checking. Then Im two transactions transferred the money out of my account into theirs. When I noticed this on the same day and the transaction was pending I immediately called SoFi TWICE and both times the customer service rep said they would put in a request. Money went through to the thief. The investigation department denied my request bc there was no password change and that was what they were looking for. I filed a dispute four more times and called and left messages but they never called me back despite what the answering machine says. The investigation team vaguely answered back and even verified all the transactions happened out of state from my home location but refused to refund me just bc the hacker didnt request a password change. This is 2022. Hackers are so much more Sophisticated now. Also call your customers back.

      During the month of July 2022 my sofi account was restricted because of they say to many cash app transactions. I had to receive a link that allowed me to take pic of my state ID and also take selfie of myself. I did this and my account was unlocked no problem. Then they turn around and lock it again a day later and I have not been able to get in for months. Now it's November and Im able to do process were I get linked sent to be allowed to do ID verification and face selfie which works after trying 3 phones but they said for me to leave my info for investigation team Voice mail and wait for a call back. I been already waiting on a call for months I just want my money out that account it's very frustrating now because I have missed bills and had to wait weeks for my direct deposit to be transferred and lost alot because of this situation. Please help me with this...

      My account with SoFi Lending Corporation is being reported as a Charge Off when the account is Paid in Full. I have reported this to SoFi Lending on several occasion without reply. Additionally, SoFi Lending continues to send me Credit Card offers and offers to refinance my mortgage. Why would SoFi Lending file a Civil Judgement against me and continue to make credit offers, I view this as predatory lending practices. I have filed a complaint with the ************** ********** of ******* regarding this matter. The remedy I'm seeking is the complete removal of all SoFI Lending Corporation accounts from my records with the three ************************** Additionally I do not want any more offers for credit from SoFi Lending. I have attached a copy of the Paid in Full receipt for my SoFi Account. Additionally I've attached a copy of the offer I continue to receive.
