      I'm sure they are breaking the Truth in advertising law with their $300 bonus offer. Their language in the offer is misleading at best. and when you open account it prompts you to setup the direct deposit and get $300 bonus and nowhere does it say it has to be over $5000!! I mean you have to make 200K to have that kind of money to be able to do that after all the deductions. If anyone else wants to sue them for these practices I am on board.

      Obtained a loan in 07/2022 with SoFi with a coborrower. At the time, the interest rate was *****%. Was told I could always refinance the loan at a later date to reduce the interest rate. I have called twice in the last year to do that, and was told that since there is a co-borrower, this loan is ineligible to ever be refinanced with Sofi. Then I explained that I would have a reduction in income and that I need better repayment options. After an "eligibility check" I was unqualified for any kind of forbearance or assistance with the monthly payments of this loan, even though I told them I was unable to pay the current monthly payment and I was trying to get ahead of any issues. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do, especially since my loan was current. I was misled into getting this loan, to consolidate other debts, and told I could refinance, when that was not the case at all. I have reviewed my loan documents and there is NO language present regarding ineligibility of the loan to be refinanced with a co-borrower.

      I received a debit card in the mail from Sofi. Upon calling customer service to verify the account they kept requesting my SSN. I never applied for a SOFI account. Upon giving them my name and account number on the card, customer service could not help me and again kept requesting my SSN. The customer service representative could not verify the account and was unable to provide a resolution such as making sure this is not fraudulent activity. The representative told me to hold onto the card and provided no steps to resolve this account.

      SoFi is horrible!!! I opened a checking and savings account about two weeks ago. Then all of a sudden, they restrict my account. I have been told 2 different reasons why it was restricted. It is impossible to speak with a supervisor. I was FORCED to do the ** recognition (apparently this is the ONLY way to get my account unrestricted) So now some person/entity has my drivers license and a scan of my face... I completed the ** verification over 24 hours ago and my account is still restricted. And again, there is no supervisor to speak to. There is absolutely no recourse when a bank does not have a branch office to walk into. I will NEVER use another bank like this again as it's beyond frustrating not being able to get your own money back...Yes they have great interest rates but I literally have NO access to my own money!

      This bank has been holding my money for about a month it won't give me an explanation why I live on disability this is a government disability check in which they will not release to me because I'm transgender they're confused on what to do I go by Carolyn and Cody they won't give me my money this is a horrible Bank the way they treat people they're very discriminatory I like to see this Bank looked into about people on disability and them not giving them government money to them thank you

      Do not use this bank!! I had money stolen from my account, and it was not put back. They dont do real investigations and they wont reach out to you! This should have been a quick money out back in account but nothing was done. Then they keep asking about my card and pin which i have both still in my possession!!! Do not use this scam bank!!!

      I got a credit card with them that was approved for 1500. I have had this card over a year. I got an email today saying they were lowering the limit to 1000 because my credit score went down. My credit score has actually gone up it even says it on there app. I don't really care about the amount I have available but do care that it now make my credit card utilization a higher rate. I will be paying this card off and never using them again over this.

      Phone support knows NOTHING, and will tell you absolute lies. I opened a new account, then tried to deposit a check, and found out that there was a $500 check deposit limit after having written **** mobile deposit only at SoFi Bank" on the check. When I contacted SoFi phone support, I was told to mobile deposit the check as normal, but put the amount as $500, then the next day, do the same with the remaining amount, suggesting partial check deposits. Then, I got an email from SoFi that the amount didn't match the amount on the check, meaning support didn't know what they were talking about. I called SoFi support again, and they said that when my first direct deposit comes in that is at least $500, that my daily limit would go up, and I can then mobile deposit my checks. Instead, I found the deposit came in, and my daily limit is still $500. Spoke to a supervisor, and he could do NOTHING! Now, I'm looking for a new bank, and have to get new checks issued because I wrote **** mobile deposit only at SoFi Bank" on them. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR REPTABLE SERVICE, YOU WON'T FIND IT HERE.

      F*** SoFi!!!!Signing up with SoFi was the biggest mistake of my life!!! It has been over 4 months and I'm still getting obnoxious, pushy sales calls trying to offer me loans!! I have no desire for or need for a loan anymore! Yet, the text messages and phone calls keep coming in! I get several texts and phone calls per day! And they're always so unprofessional, obnoxious and pushy when you tell them you're not interested, or they're Rude and hang up on me! I would NEVER trust SOFi with my information ever again
