      This is hardly even a bank. I have been dealing with a clear cut fraud case since December and have received little to no follow up, assistance, or support. It took about 10 hours on the phone over multiple days, re-explaining our scenario to finally have the investigation "opened". We received no updates or anything following that, and eventually were told that it was denied. We were surprised because it is clearly fraud. When we requested to see documentation or an explanation as to why NOTHING WAS SENT. WE SPENT AN ADDITIONAL 10 HOURS ON THE ***** ONLY TO HEAR THAT ONLY THE "BACK OFFICE" HANDLES THESE CONCERNS AND THEY COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL. We found this extremely surprising as we had sent numerous emails prior to calling and received no answers. Emails that we did receive in response were so grammatically incorrect and non-professional looking that we thought it was a scam. To this point, we were now told that we have a credit for a partial amount of what was taken, saying that we can utilize this until the investigation is closed in APRIL!! This is roughly $6,000 that was taken from us over 90 days ago! We can never reach anyone on the phone, and when we do we are told to email. Then receive no email. I need my money back and would like to close my account immediately. This is unbelievable.

      I had my tax refund deposited into this account. They then froze my account so now I cant access any of the money. Ive called them at least 11 times through out the week for seek answers and of course they had none. The here was no supervisor or manager available. Only thing they said was they could not access the account and I have to wait I asked how long they have no time frame. I do not have time for this at all I have to get to work I have children to feed I have bills to pay and this is really hurting my family at great lengths

      I recent filled a dispute with SoFi for over $500 with Ticketmaster. I initially purchased tickets to a game, but had a medical emergency and could not attend the game. I contacted SoFi they did not offer me any provisional credit. I am a single mother, and they said I have to wait 90 days. Any other bank would give you credit. No one helps horrible bank

      I do not have no accounts or business with them they spam my email every day I called them and asked him to stop because of me when I send the email to spam it still gets through they put some foreign Security on the phone that we can't understand each other at all very rude people all I want them to do is stop emailing my business and personal account and they can't seem to get that through their heads to just leave me alone sofiris the worst ever

      4 ***** equals a walk . SoFi has attempted and failed 4 times to get my debit card to me on my new account. I have lost track of the number of times I've been on the phone with customer service always ending with no answers . One of the representatives searched me out on social media , outside of business, and hit me up for money for she and her children. I recorded everything. In summary, I'm walking. Respectfully submitted

      My account has been restricted for a month now, no reason why no nothing I've contacted customer service several times can't get a straight answer from anyone about my money I have in that account crazy part I had my direct deposit going into that account im glad I switched banks because I wouldn't have anyway to access my money.

      This SoFi bank is deceptive and manipulative, enticing you to switch your direct deposit pay and open a bank account with false promises(High interest on saving account and welcome bonus etc) they never intended to fulfill. Don't bother opening an account with this bank; it's just a waste of time dealing with their deceitful practices over the phone.

      I recently opened a saving and checking accounts. I deposited 100k in the savings. I applied for their cash back Master card and was immediately declined. I have a 828 FICO, 795 *********** and 799 Equifax credit scores. Over 290k in different bank deposits and 100k equity in my house. I've worked years to keep excellent credit. I'm 66 yrs old and have never been turned down for a loan nor credit. Apparently they don't care about your credit just the number and type of transaction you've made. After years of work building and maintaining excellent credit SoFi just slapped me in the face. Your financial efforts mean nothing to them.

      SoFi was the best thing ever until they went public and now the customer service is not great. it states on the app that Im earning 3% cashback but Im actually earning two and no one will fix the issue. Also, they give promos but they never fell through. For example, they said that they would match what you put into your retirement by one percent. I havent gotten that either. I guess I kind of feel scammed. They are disputes for their credit card messed up. You never get credits and its a hassle to file a dispute they go through another provider.

      I have a pending transaction from American Airlines that SoFi is unable to even try to remedy. Spent 2 hours with AA, and they said all was released on their side but the bank will need to do something on their side to remedy it. Spent 20 minutes with customer service (on hold time) and the answer was they cant help me. They didnt even try. Thats the difference between a company that values customers and ones who dont. These funds have been pending for a week, and my money is held hostage (**** held up). This is the second time I have needed their help and the answer was a quick sorry, cant help. Brick and mortar banks have advantages online banks do not. Pulling my money out and seeking life elsewhere. SoFi cares not for you. Just your money.
