      I completed all ID verification Successfully. My account has been under frozen /security support for 14 days now. I have been told there is no time frame for when I will be able to access my accounts.I gave my sofi checking account number to my employer for my direct deposit. I am still waiting to sofi un froze my account. How long more sofi want have my account frozen.I want send my direct deposit. I have life too.I am not suggesting sofi bank to any body.

      I wish I had come here before opening an account. Since opening a checking account a few weeks ago, I have made two deposits and one ATM withdrawal. This evening I get a message saying that the second deposit.... basically all the money I have to my name....didn't go through and now my account has been "restricted" but nobody will tell me why. I have bills due in ten days and no money to pay them with. This is going to be a nightmare. I had already changed a bunch of automatic payment setups for bills. Along with direct deposit through work. Now I have to fight tooth and nail to get MY money back just to pay my bills. Biggest regret of my life! And yes, customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. I cannot believe there are reputable companies out there promoting SoFi at all!

      Zero stars necessary. Absolute terrible customer service. Over $3k is frozen and being held by SoFi frozen for over a month with no direct open line of communication nor escalation. My husband and I made a joint SoFi checking account and for what reason is the account locked? How to get it unlocked? No help from the number. Just a response to keep checking the app but doesnt help state why nor remediation steps. Major shame I too cannot recommend SoFi to anyone. You want and more need your bank to be reliable, responsive and friendly. And SoFi just doesn't cut it.

      Worst website reliability on earth... It seems like SoFi's investments module always has a functionality issue... It's always something... The latest ridiculous issue was the inability to purchase stocks using via their website... And instead of admitting they're having an issue upfront, they waste customers time suggesting other possible causes when they know the things they're suggesting are not the cause of the problem...

      My credit score is impeccable, my credit limit is over $100,980, my credit utilization is 12%., my credit payment history is 100% no delinquent accounts ever. Sofi lowered my credit limit from $5000 to $1000. It had 3 reasons to why it would lower. During the call, my account has a good ***** history, so that wasn't it. I did not fit the criteria to as why my credit limit was lowered. I been targeted like so many minorities whose trying to elevate. I hate to say it, but I've been racially profiled. My credit score will drop from 780 to 720 perhaps behind this decision. It's UNFAIR how these people in ************ with people's lives. It's UNJUST and I WILL find a way to figure this out. **************** told me there's nothing I can do about it and I can work my way back to the top. DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars

      On January 23 I opened a joint checking-******* account with my wife. I funded it with $5000 to achieve their promotional ******* APY. I used the SoFi "Money Vaults" feature to allocate the $5000 to the ******* ******* vault. Somehow this triggered a fraud alert. SoFi called me and I missed the call. When I called them back SoFi said I would be FORCELOSED and FORFEIT the balance...then HUNG UP ON ME. They told me this on 3 straight phone calls. After some incredibly unhelpful customer support experiences with them, I did some research and realized I am not alone. I had to go to TikTok (!) to find someone to help me. I got the most traction after I verified my identity on LinkedIn and messaged one of their fraud employees. You can contact me on LinkedIn if you need help: ********************************************** your money has been frozen incorrectly, or for days and weeks at a time, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE *** (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency). My complaint was registered with SoFi very quickly, and now they must respond to the ***: ***********************************************************************

      Someone tried to hack my accounts. I completed all ID verification Successfully. My account has been under frozen/review for 5days now. I have been told there is no time frame for when I will be able to access my accounts. I am about to be evicted from my house because they will not Un freeze my money. There business practices are unethical and unprofessional.

      For 6 days I was lied to about my loan being in review all the time they had no intention of approving my loan. They used a year old account that I had paid off when my income was much more than what it is now. They said they wouldn't use my old paid off account because they only focus on the current account but yet they focused on the income I had at the old account even though I submitted all of my current income to them they still led me on for 6 days. They made me the offer based on my current income and then turned me down these people ought to be shut down
