      **************** is terrible , might as well use AI, bad attitudes , no knowledge of how to assist me , I had to file for a new card, which means I had no access to money until now get a new card in the mail. Since they have no physical locations I cant pay my bills for **** days . I set them up as autopay, no card no way to change my autopay or to send money to family that had an emergency!! The 2 customer service people including manager were rude and had no idea and did not care to help me , I am done with SoFi

      Second month in a row, un able to pay my bills because of this bank. - they are now Telling me to give them another 7 days before calling again.... My electricity is going to be cut off today .. it is cold and I have no food.

      Company sends out fraudulent you have been pre-approved letters. They are in the business of just wanting to initiate a hard inquiry and then come up with excuses as to why they can't extend credit. I have a 780+ score and a 30 yr job( their analyst can't read a business tax return). If the **** actually took a look at their business model they would shut them down in a 48 hr. period

      If You're one of the smart ones who decided to check with BBB before opening a SoFi account, congratulations: You're brilliant. Opening a SoFi account is self abuse. Due to whatever deregulation SoFi can now take your money. Freeze your account. Not tell You why. Allow for money to further be deposited (into a frozen account). Not provide a reason or a time frame for when you'll be granted access to your money AND Get Away with It. Just look at every review on this page. They are literally stealing money from their customers (and getting away with). And yes there's only 2 numbers you can call on their website. You'll likely speak to the same person (foreign accent and all). **************** is exactly what you would expect from a scam center. How insane and how is this legal?

      I haven't been able to deposit checks for FOUR MONTHS. I have called in and spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved, all to no avail. The Account Managers I've spoken with, like *****, hide behind policy and will only submit technical support tickets, doing nothing else to help such as reach out to the tech/engineering team personally. There is no one else to escalate to if the Account Managers can't resolve the problem, and the Account Managers don't live up to their promises of simply reaching back out to me with any sort of update (it's been four months and I haven't gotten a call back from a single account manager, customer service rep, or SAVE team member, despite multiple complaints being filed within the organization). The service in this organization is awful- STEER CLEAR!

      It started when I filled several disputes on my account that weren't authorized by me. All these transactions where made the same day, time frame and the disputes were all for the same reason. Sofi approved and credited the transactions that were in smaller amounts, however the other transactions they denied the disputes and they were in bigger dollar amounts. So after talking to a representative and also being told that all those disputes were in fact going to be approved, they were still denied, so I filed a complaint to the financial protection bureau and notified sofi. A week later they sent me an email saying they will be closing my account apparently because I violated some terms and conditions. In my opinion my account closing is because of retaliation.

      I've had a SoFi Credit Card for a couple years now. I used it for recurring bills and groceries. I always pay it off every month to take full advantage of the 2% cash back. I have never been late making a payment or been charged any interest. I pay it from my Sofi checking account, which up until today, instantly increased the available credit. Yesterday, they took my $900 payment and won't increase the available credit for 9 days. This being 3 days before Christmas I called them up to ask what was going on. After an hour on the phone they said it would be available December 30th. No explanation was given - only the date. This smacks of either incompetence or dishonesty. So Its the last time I'll use my SoFi Credit Card!

      This is a very good bank for online checking accounts! Its reliable, and customer service isn't bad. The only thing I can say is don't do the ****** pay checking account it offers. Just do the plain sofi account (checking,savings). Also, investing is a fun part of the account. If you do decide to try it out, you can get 25 bucks if you use my link. Check it out.       Signed up for a sofi checking and savings account in Aug 2022. I called over the phone a month ago to ask if I was still eligible for the direct deposit bonus and I was told I am eligible conditional I meet the minimum deposits, which were well met. I am now told Im no longer eligible for the direct deposit bonus. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I went through the hassle of keeping my money with them and setting up direct deposit through my employer. I have now taken every cent out of SOFI and I urge everyone to keep your hard earned money elsewhere.

      On a regular basis they would put a hold on my savings account without notifying me. When you called they had no info to provide regarding why it was on hold or when the money would be released. Once you call a second time they release your money. It is obvious they are using your money and don't want you to withdraw it. It intentional and unethical.
