      My account was frozen on Monday, 12/4/23 due to an incoming deposit from the **** I reached out to the Security Team as directed. I was given no direction, timeframe or updates. Completely left in the dark with every ***** to my name inaccessible. All I was told was that the Investigations Team had to review my account. For the next 4 days, I called to inquire about my funds, pleading my case and explaining that I have no money to eat, put gas in my car to get to work... etc. I was given the same answer... The Investigation Team is still reviewing it. No further details were given and I was abruptly hung up on by the Security Team on 3 separate occasions by the follows reps; ****** ************** Finally, on Thursday, 12/7, after calling the Security Team again, I was asked to verify the deposits that initially froze all my funds. I was told that I successfully verified the deposits and that someone from the Investigations Team would be calling me the next day to close the case. Well, the next day came... after calling, I was told by the Security Team that the person in Investigations dealing with my case was out of the office. I asked if my case can be transferred to another person within the Investigations Team since my rep was absent. The Security Team said no, only my appointed rep within Investigations could handle my case. They also have no idea when she is going to be back in the office. This means, if the rep in Investigations is on vacation for 2 weeks or dealing with a family emergency for some time, I have to suffer with ZERO funds to my name. This can simply be transferred to someone else within the team. I verified the deposits... I did my part. Unfreeze my account! But there is no urgency or concern for the customer on **********************'s part. I hold the Security Team and Investigations Team responsible. Terrible, unacceptable behavior. They simply do not care about the customer. Again, the ************************* Team is responsible for any negative reviews.

      0 stars. Someone stole my phone and wallet and deposited thousands of dollars into betly online casino. I filed a dispute they denied them and closed my account and didnt send me the documentation on why they denied it. Very poor customer service and your money is not safe. Looking to get an attorney

      **************** is subpar. I have used them for a while but when going to add my husband as a joint account to transfer ********************** to our *********, their website screwed up, apparently created a new password for him, never sent him the password reset links, then locked out his account. And apparently the only way to get his account unlocked is to call and spend who knows how long on the phone to get it sorts because only existing accounts can use chat support. Kind of pointless for an online bank to not be able to help with account issues when their website is the one that creates it.

      They are a scam! I transferred money to the account 2 times and on one occasion they company that I transferred it from was able to go into my account and transfer money back to themselves and it says transfer. It doesn't say insufficient funds or anything like that. It says transfer. I called them, tried to explain it to them, let them know that was illegal. They could not do that and they told me they had to investigate. It would be 10 days before I would know anything.

      I just opened my account recently, and within a week it was frozen and closed. When I called in to customer service to get information on why this is the case, I wasnt given any information and I got hung up on multiple times. I finally got a hold of a customer service agent named ***, Employee ID: ******, who advised that it was due to a bounced check. When I let her know I had never submitted a check with SoFi she said shed investigate. When she came back on she changed the narrative and told me it was due to a violation of Terms and Conditions. When I asked for specifics on what terms and conditions I violated she told me she didnt have any specifics for me. Just that I had violated them. I reminded her my account was only open for 2 weeks and I had only set up direct deposit with them. I asked again what terms I had violated and she refused to get me any specifics. I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager and she told me there was no one else I could talk to about this even though she supposedly did not have access to answer my simple question. She then hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I called back and got *** again. The conversation went about the same and she refused to get me to anyone else that could help. *** is not the only customer service agent Ive spoken too. All refused to help me or give me any information on how to resolve my issue.

      Well they have frozen my account for the last month and half . They will not tell me why and they keep hanging up on me Ive never had a company not willing to talk to anyone about there own account this is ridiculous

      Avoid this company. I opened a bank account at ********************** over 1.5 months ago, with a valed check from another bank. I've called to get my money back over 75 times and no one knows anything, i even contacted Sofis atorny and he couldnt help. They ALL just say we're investing the case. This bank is a total scam they will sreel your money..
