      It seems their system have been compromised, I can't access my account from my app nor my pc. There were a couple unauthorized charges on my account and there's nothing I can do at this point, not even the agent who I spoke over the phone for 30min +

      I just want to say that this company was the absolute worst when it comes to procrastination. They received ample amount of time to produce an offer and ample amount of information to make and/or send legitimate offers. Instead they didn't get back to me at all. In my opinion, the reviewer was extremely unprofessional giving me the run around multiple times. Their requests seen on the website for more documentation was extremely vague. I had requested to speak to the reviewer directly so that the right information was exchanged. However, the reviewer was unavailable through the whole experience. My previous call back requests were all ignored by the reviewer as well. Not only did they waist my time but some of the employees explained that it's rare for the interest rates provided by the soft pull to change and that the previous rates would most likely be the same. My interest rates not only went up on the application but the offers were still not approved or even sent to me. I only found out because I went into the pending application on the website. They hurt my credit with the hard pull and the reviewers never made any attempt to speak directly to me; nor, any attempt to get back to me via email or phone in a reasonable time frame. In my opinion, this was very unprofessional and the increased rates that were seen under the pending application were extremely high compared to the offers from other companies. I suggest to avoid wasting your time with this company.

      I am not the person that writes bad reviews. I dont think Sofi is honest with their loans business. The answering person on the phone is very polite and makes you feel that doing business with Sofi is the best choice. I am so sorry I got caught in doing business with company...

      Sofi offered me a pre-approved $30,000 loan. When I applied, they changed the offer to $20,000 and jacked the interest rate by 7%. I complained because I felt lied to and they said they could rerun my offer. I thanked them, but when they re-ran my offer, they determined in 8 min my credit score had changed to the point they could no longer offer me anything. Completely terrible process, thanks for the hard pull on my credit for a BS pre-approved offer.

      Sofi is a scam and fraud! They took my money by freezing my account and made it where I couldn't even speak to a representative at all, over ********************************************************************** back after 18 email 5w phone calls including to the investigation **** and 31 emails.       So I had an account making fraudulent charges on my account I called them they promised me that this person would be blocked and would be unable to make any charges on my account when I got an important payment they allowed this person to charge my account saying that I had to tell them each charge the person was going to charge my account ahead of time in order to block it how do I know how much a scammer is going to charge my account for? Absolutely ridiculous and they said that they were sorry the other customer service agent must have been misinformed that he could block a payment! He works for you! Then they told me that if I filed a dispute I might have my money in a week so I had to put all my grocery items back and was completely embarrassed even though I had just gotten paid. All of their customer support is outside ***************** they will tell you anything to get you to keep the account. If I had known they were not going to be able to block payment and they had told the truth I would have drawn all my money out so they could not have stolen from me. I still have not been reimbursed.

      Love my checking and savings account through SoFi. Received my bonus by enrolling in direct deposit and currently earning 2.5% is great. Not exactly sure why everyone is ripping on this company but in my experience they have done a good job.

      SoFi ran my credit without my permission. I had nothing to do with the transaction and had never heard of this company. I have called twice with my identity theft insurer and customer service was abysmal. No one spoke English well enough for me to understand what they were saying. Messages were left and I have not heard back from them. Either they dont have a fraud department or their employees are not trained well enough to know whether they do. They have adversely affected my credit and they couldnt care less.

      I sold my cousin a car last summer for his girlfriend. They paid me $1000.00 they the SoFi app. One day I go to get some money out of my account and it has been frozen! Out of nowhere z& without any explanation. Also I was un able to speak with a human to recieve any assistance. Finally I got ahold of someone for them to tell me i would not get my money from my account! That to me is stealing!! Now my car is long gone and my money. This isnt right and I would like advice i On how to solve this and get my money.
