      ******! They made a loan to pay off two of my credit cards. They sent funds for one of my credit cards to a company I have never heard of, ******************************** check out their reviews. They say thats where I asked funds to be sent? Which is not true. SOFI has not been helpful at all at retrieving those funds, neither has ******************************

      I refinanced my student loans and specified which federal loans needed to be refinanced. Instead of paying the balance the 6.6% loans that I specified, they paid out to other loans with a lower interest rate than what I will be paying on the newly refinanced loan. They dont care about the customer. Even though I tried to get the problem fixed and the funds re-allocated, they claimed there was nothing they could do and refused to help facilitate a find transfer to the correct loan. Multiple people told me there was nothing they could do to fix THEIR problem. There was one person who tried to get an answer for me from the higher **** but (shocker), there was nothing they could do. What I dont understand is how I could have known that SoFi was going to incorrectly disburse funds BEFORE signing the loan? This is why they claim they cant help me. Of course the loan was signed for and funded. That is the only way I could know SoFi made a ********** NOT trust this company. They tout values Put our members interests first, Run after problems, Get to the truth and make principle-based decisions, Make your footprint bigger than your foot, Do the right thing and if you arent sure do the harder thing, ********* of other people and help them grow, Be gritty and be accountable, Iterate and learn and innovate but do not hold to any of them. Its clear that SoFi uses these to scam people. These ideologies are very clearly not important or a priority at this company. The unwillingness from anyone at SoFi to accept responsibility and actually help me fix this problem is astounding and just gross. A few hundred or thousand dollars to SoFi literally is nothing, In fact. $1000 is not even ******% of the NET revenue SoFi brought in in the last Q3. So, I guess I will just pay for SoFis mistake, move my money to Apples high yield savings account, and warn everyone I know to never use unreliable, untrustworthy SoFi for anything.

      the bottom line is, this "bank" is a scam. Just a quick techie way to get money to play with, very little attention given to proper customer service.

      I opened an investing account with ********************** for the sole purpose of investing in a crypto stock. They instantly linked to my *************** account. I transferred $1000 which they instantly took. When I went to trade for the stock I was informed that they did not trade crypto stock. I then wanted to transfer the $1,000 back to my account and close the account. There was no place to transfer back to my bank account and no number listed to call. I ******* the customer service number and was told that I couldn't transfer the money back for 5 days.

      I have been banking with SoFi for about 6 months. Out of nowhere, the day that my direct deposit was going to post, my account was restricted. When I called in they told me it was restricted due to me violating the SoFi agreement with me sending and receiving zelle and cashapp to/from the mother of my children in which I pay child support to weekly. When i asked what part of the agreement am I violating, I was told I would hear from the investigator but they could not give me anymore information. So with no other means to my money, I am restricted from my account with the chance of being evicted from my place of residence due to not being able to pay my rent. The only response I get from the team members, are that we are sorry for the inconveniences; you will be contacted and they will explain everything. When I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they tell me there is nobody for me to speak to. This is by far the worst Ive ever been treated with a bank, and its even worst because they have no branch to talk to anybody.

      ********************** bank is holding money from the hurricain relief deposit I got from Fema desater gov. ********************** immediately froze my account and said in a email that it could take upto 30days too get what's owed too me. Had I known ********************** would hold government relief money given to me from Fema I would have found another bank in ***************** .Do not think you have full control over your account ********************** can and will do what ever they feel like. Their is no help I have no choice but to ***** untill they send me my check.

      My ******** applied for a loan n was approved, I signed but my wife after 3 days they can't get her logged in, I'm wondering n warning you to be aware of this company, we have dealt with Upgrade, lending club, prosper, n always been quick n easy, but I think people should be aware of this company, maybe selling our personal information DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, WHAT U SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET

      SoFi online put a restriction on my sister checking & saving accounts. She is unable to transfer her money out of the online bank. ******* had call the helpline twice. The first time, they asked her to submit her ID and biometrics to prove that she is the owner of the accounts. They informed us to wait for email and text msg from them. Ten days passed and we called the helpline again. This time the *** told us that he had updated and informed the bank investigator of our waiting. We should hear of them soon. And again, today is the 12th day and we still have not heard anything from SoFi. This is terrible bank and does not care about their customers.
