      SoFi's platform is efficient for deposits and initial transactions, but their withdrawal process needs significant improvement. While basic account services like password resets are handled adequately, more complex issues require better support. In my experience, I encountered delays with a withdrawal that remained pending for over a week, despite having already sold all holdings. The customer service team was unable to provide effective resolution.SoFi shows promise with their innovative approach to financial services, but their execution, particularly regarding withdrawals and customer support for complex issues, requires substantial enhancement. To become a more reliable platform, they need to streamline their withdrawal process and improve their support team's ability to handle time-sensitive account issues. (They should consider hiring U.S.-based live support agents,)

      They were ok until they kept a rental car deposit saying the car company hasn’t communicated for the return of my $600. I finally had the rental company FAX the release to SoFi 17 days after the car was returned and I STILL haven’t received my money. It’s been pending in my account for over a month. Unless you have quite a bit of money to sit pending, I wouldn’t rent a car, get a hotel etc with this account. Nothing that requires a deposit because apparently they’re the ONLY bank that doesn’t get notified to RETURN THE CUSTOMERS MONEY. What a nightmare. Because of this I’ll be pulling my funds and banking somewhere else, once they finally return my money!!!

      THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They have my refund in pending status and keep telling me its the hotel when its not! They wont even call the hotel to speak with them nor have they addressed the faxed letter from the hotel stating u was not charged for my stay and to lift the pending. Half the csr you cant understand. NO ONE WILL HELP YOU!!! Run from this bank. Do not use them.

      This is the worst bank ever. They froze my account due to a wire days ago. The wire is legit and processed. Their customer service is worthless. No manager will talk to me. Im reporting them to the regulators right now.

      Completely horrible experience ! Every time I would supply the required information they would add a new required document . Then loan was under review and lo and behold more required documents appear ! Talked to a manager , was reassured they had all they needed and then they asked for documents already supplied . After 6 weeks of this a got a loan denial whith no explanation ! I have a 815 credit rating and it got dropped to 797 from what was stated as a soft credit pull ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Con artists !

      Very unprofessional staff, does not have any deferment or interest pause plans in case of emergencies like hurricanes. **** and many other companies do this. Agent did not know what I was talking about and was frustrating.

      Thank you **** ******* and **** + everyone else involved! Getting a home equity loan through SoFi was seamless and everything was done from the comfort of my own home. Even the notary came to my home for closing. I recommend SoFi to all my family and friends. I got a great rate and the process was easy.
