I booked a flight from ********* to ********* that was supposed to leave on November 14. My dad passed away suddenly on November 11 so I was unable to make the trip.No one was helpful at all. I was offered about 25% of what I had spent for flight credits which have proved to be almost impossible to use as they have no portal to book.Super.com

I have spent 3 days trying to book with SuperTravel. After a long ordeal of bouncing around customer service chats and calling their sister company Reservation Stays, I was told that they were having a technical issue but could not provide any kind of update and that there was no one I could speak with. I was given the option to pay $500 dollars more with Reservation Stays. Not something I can justify. I attempted the steps the chat rep provided of clearing cache and confirmed with my credit card company that my card was perfect. I was informed that they can see the authorization request but no charge. Id like resolution to this so I can finish my purchase.Super.com

Very poor customer service in response to a request to speak with a manager. I was refused the opportunity to speak with anyone via phone. Tread carefully when dealing with this companySuper.com
