    I ordered a pair of leggings in a size small for my daughter once I received them from SuperShop they sent a size large, I had to send them back at my expense with a tracking because exchange wasnt an option, when youre spending about the same amount of money to return the items back to SuperShop

As noted in our refund policy, we are responsible for the return cost of defective, incorrect, or damaged items. Upon reviewing your order, we see that size large was selected and shipped.     Seem to always have the lowest pricing if your not cancelled out while trying to book your low price reservation. Sometimes I guess the pricing adjusts while Im fumble ********* in my information.

    I booked a hotel called ******** Red through Snap Travel for my trip to ***** in October 2022 for 1 night. When my partner and I arrived to the hotel at 9:30pm to check in, the front desk told us that our reservation was cancelled by snap travel and that they were fully booked! I checked my emails and I NEVERED received a cancellation email from snap travel. I only received a confirmation email of my reservation. The front desk dug further and were able to find out that snap travel cancelled my reservation then tried to rebook my reservation the next day but the hotel were already sold out. The front desk explained that third parties like snap travel will do this in order to receive a higher compensation. I never received any emails from snap travel letting me know this and they already charged my credit card when I booked the reservation in May of 2022. I did not receive any emails to update me despite snap travel not having a reservation secure after they cancelled my booking without notifying me. After some time while frantically trying to find accommodations else where, the hotel received a last minute cancellation and were able to book us a room. BE WARN do not book through snap travel.

Your reservation was never cancelled by us and was well confirmed. In fact, it is some of the hotels some times that would not honour third party bookings in order to get a higher rate for a room booked directly through them. We have escalated this to our ****** care team and you will hear from them shortly.Regards

    I wanted a refund because I found another hotel to book instead and SuperTravel is avoiding me and won't refund me my money even though they said they would. This is illegal and will take them to court. I work at a Law Firm as well so this would be an easy case to win. Wish they would just send he money over to avoid all this. But they chose the hard way unfortunately.

    It was a last minute trip and we got a great deal for the room! It was literally just within a few hours that we would arrive at our destination for the night!
