    The information on hotels is more basic than other popular sites but the prices are surprisingly better, especially for higher priced hotels.Interesting that I was toggling back and forth between Super Travel and Hotels.com and suddenly, Hotels offers a 'special deal ' that is way lower than a few minutes earlier, even though I have Genius 3 status. That special price was still a bit higher than Super. I booked 3 hotels and everything was booked, charged to my card and rooms were as requested.Only downside is the Super site is more basic than others.

    I paid in full for a 5 day stay at the Valley Inn in *********, about $525. Per my invoice, security deposit is $50. I get to the hotel (after a series of calls that were placed on hold unnessesarily as the rep was chatting and singing im the background), was told the deposit would be $100. After showing the invoice and going in circles, I gave in. I put my card in the chip reader ONE TIME, put my pin in ONE TIME. I got charged 100 for the deposit and another mystery transaction for 313.43.After speaking with the front desk, i was told to wait on the manager. In the meantime I called SuperTravel and explained eveything since it was booked through them. They said they cannot do anything about canceling the reservation since I no longer felt safe or comfortable there. It would be up to the hotel. Thankfully Valley Inn apologized and refunded the transactions as well as approving the cancellation.SuperTravel then offered to refund to original payment method or issue a credit to my account with them to use immediately. I said if thats all youre offering me, I never want to use your service again, especially since you provide no protection.Now my money will be refunded in 3-5 days from both ST and VI. I have not enough money for 5 days in another room as well as food and the cost of the events I had planned. I'm outside calculating my next move, infuriated. They will not protect you or offer any compensation if you are royally f***ked, my experience is proof of this. I'm out about $950 as I type this.Never use this service or the provider they book on behalf of, Reservation Stays. I was referred to them and they were even less helpful.

    I was a little bit skeptical about super travel when I first started the reservation but their communication was great and they saved me some money so Ill use them again
