    Stop travel is five star plus I've never had an issue I've always got the best deals by far out of any other online service and I'm grateful that I found them and I refer all my friends to them

    BEWARE! I needed a Hilton hotel reservation, went online and booked what I though was directly through Hilton, only to find out afterward it was a company called Snaptravel, which is a third party. Snaptravel represents themselves as Hilton online. They do not make it clear that they are a third party. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk was unable to discuss any of the details of my booking because I had unknowingly booked through Snaptravel. The Hilton front desk told me they overcharged me dramatically: I paid just shy of $2,000.00 for a three nights' stay, which was almost double the going price according to the Hilton. Additionally, Snaptravel doesn't inform you that Hilton Honors points are not accumulated with your stay. There is no phone number to call, and no email. It's impossible to get hold of the company. I am filing a complaint with ************** today.

    SnapTravel is the Best site to go and get the best deal and rates for hotel service. Everytime I use them I get better rates are very time. They make sure your reservation is never taken or lost and they send a confirmation ASAP. I will recommend SnapTravel to anyone that's traveling or looking for a hotel room
