    This company had the best rates, had accurate info and kept me up to date with what I needed to remember for my trip. I loved the tip for the weather and to wear sunscreen too!

    I feel that I was scammed. I booked a hotel online. Somehow, the booking date changed between booking and payment. I tried to get the reservation changed, but all I could do was cancel. Now I can't get the hotel on the night I need because the refund takes 3-5 business days and I'm supposed to be traveling in 2 days. This has effectively ruined my family vacation. They wouldn't even transfer me to speak to a manager or supervisor.

If the dates that you have selected are not available, the system lets you know and shows the next available dates. It is the guest's responsibility to confirm the dates and the hotel before moving to the payment page and then finalizing the purchase.Regarding the refund, please note that processing times depend exclusively on the bank, therefore you must reach out to them for an exact timeframe.

    We use them for our 4 of July weekend we get a customer service rep who was nice we told her what we was looking for she quoted us a price for 830 with tax it was918 which I was like ok cool well when we got home my card was charged ***** which we was not quoted at all !!! So I ended up getting Covid so I was down so now Im better I vented on another platform !!! Trust me if everything was ok I wouldnt be on here Im glad everyone else had a great experience we did not I have been back and forth with them Im out of 300 dollars that in trying to get back its like pulling teeth I will never never use them. I eat a email from a **** I dont know what for because he was no dam help at all !!!
