    Fantastic and easy booking option! saved me a ton of money on a short last minute trip I had to book. The price I paid on Super compared to other booking sights was an incredible saving. I honestly feel like I just won a lottery scratch off with how much I saved in this trip lol!

    I booked a hotel through Super.com and called them two weeks in advance when the hotel couldnt find my reservation. I was told theyd follow up they never did. On the day of my trip, after driving over 4 hours to ********** with four people who took time off work, I found out my reservation was canceled without any prior notice.I called Super.com multiple times, spoke with several different agents, and no one could give me any clear information or help. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is appalling.I was stranded with no hotel, no support, and no solution. I am demanding a full refund and compensation, and if this is not resolved soon, I will be seeking legal action.Avoid using Super.com they do not stand by their bookings and leave customers hanging when it matters most.

    A total scam. Like may others, I never agreed to monthly payouts for membership. At no point was I given an option to review T&C. Rip off. ****** learnt.

    Multiple phone calls between Super and hotel *** they never booked our room pr refinded lur money. Won't refund money and we arrived with nowhere to stay. Booked room 8 days prior to arrival woth multiple comfoatiom codes. In my opinion this is a total scam company!

    TLDR, only use super.com if you are ok losing 6 hours of your life and never receiving a proper booking, refund or compensation. I arrived at my hotel to have them say my booking didn't work. Then I spent 6 hours going back and forth trying to get the confirmation number to work ...then rebooking at worse hotel. And the only thing they would offer me for my trouble is 10% off credit...this place is a scam. Go else where.

    They have messed up 2 bookings and refuse to refund me. They are crooks and one of the hotel owners told me that the agents are trained to avoid transferring to a manager. And that the owner refuses to assist.

    Don't count on a refund! I paid $21 to be able to cancel and low and behold something happened and I no longer need the room. I put in a request to cancel and the list of reasons is very narrow so I picked the closest reason. The next day it came back as an invalid reason and they closed the request. I figured I'd go back and try another way but they flag the account and you can't even retry. Now I'm stuck with a room I can't use.

    Total scam. Here's what will happen to you. You will see a great deal for a hotel you want to stay at. You will click that offer and see the name of the hotel, a picture of the hotel, its address, the correct dates, and the great rate. Wow, looks perfect! Right? You book the hotel. Then, after you booked your non-refundable stay you will find out your reservation is for A DIFFERENT HOTEL IN A DIFFERENTAL LOCATION. Yes, that's right. Super.com just made you a reservation for a different hotel that was never mentioned. What a joke. Total scam.
