    Accidentally booked the wrong hotel literally second later tried to call and fix it and im out $250 dollars and my trip is canceled now because I booked the wrong hotel. I am a human a person that scraped to get enough money for me and my husband to get away for a night because he has stage 4 cancer and all we've been doing is doctor and chemo and sick and blah. And now we are going to sit here again because of a simple mistake. All I wanted was to change the hotel no give me a credit no give me a refund no..... super is stealing money by having such ****** policy that a simple mistake they have NO MERCY for that company is ruthless heartless and I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

    If I could give a ratting of zero I would. I sent my brother a link for Super 8 in ****** ** to book a room for me. He followed the link, booked the room. Only Super 8 site booked a room at super 8 in ****** *********, not *********. When I called Super.com customer service I got the most unprofessional, unfriendly, and in American response. They told me since it was non refundable booking they could not change it at all, even though it was error on their site. And even if it wasn't, who wouldn't help their client, which a was faithfully for 6 months. I have a recorded phone call with the supervisor who pretty.jch told me your money is gone. There is nothing I'm going to do for you. I have the entire phone call recorded. Trust me the first time you have a problem with Super.com you will have a problem with Super.com. worst ever. Stay away

    COMPLETE SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR SANITY. The only useful employee is ****, everyone else kept hanging up and telling us incorrect confirmation codes. We wasted 2 hours (from 1-3 am) trying to check in just to be told that we couldnt check in because Super.coms system was no longer on the 12th even though the hotels system still was. I will NEVER be using this site ever again and I will be telling every person I meet to NEVER use super.com because it is a SCAM. DO NOT EXCEPT A BOOKING IF YOU CANT HONOR THE BOOKING! ITS THAT SIMPLE!!! Instead I got: 7 calls from my phone, 6 of which I was hung up on with no explanation of what they were doing or even being told to hold or that they would call back; 5 calls from my moms phone, 3 of which she was also hung up on with no explanation; 3 incorrect confirmation codes; 2 emails that were supposedly sent despite never showing up in my moms email; and 2 hours of perfectly good sleeping time wasted on at least 4 separate completely useless employees that either dont know how to do their job or were hired just to mess with people and waste their time. Thank you ****, for being the one that finally explained to us that our reservation was cancelled instead of sending us on another wild goose ****** Hire more Roses. Fire everyone else. Or better yet, close the entire site. They can lose your reservation whether you book it too early or too late so either way youre screwed. Good luck getting anything done with this scam of a company. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Super.com has a rigid return policy in which even if you pay a refund fee, you must still show documentation of life events that physically prevent you from engaging in travel. These conditions, although communicated in their terms and conditions, are easily missed by a customer and the system comes off predatory.

    Website seems easy to maneuver,, easy to understand. And easy to book. Havent spoken to customer service yet but will update when I do.
