I have been using Sunrun for a year now and had no issues up until now. Was told by them at first if I received any bills from my electric provider they would cover it. I have been getting ******* dollar bills from my electric provider this winter on top of paying them. They say my system is working properly but how am I using double the electricity this winter and the last 5 years were all the same. Doesnt make sense to me and I been trying to get this resolved for 4 months and they are not helping me in anyway try to resolve this issue and want to charge me *************************************************************************** to begin with. I am no not happy with what they are doing and they are breaching there contract by not doing anything for me in the 180 days.Sunrun, Inc.

New Sunrun customer on Oct 2024. For 5 months my electric bills (National ****************************** were DOUBLE my previous bills. Then I had a house fire on 2/13/205 that might have damaged solar panels on garage roof only. The system was turned off by ********** Have made 17 (Count Them) calls to Sunrun to get a Service Tech to show up and test system.. Garage is total loss and panels will at a minimum have to be temporarily removed. The system has not been on for 6 weeks yet Sunrun claims to monitor their systems? Every phone call is routed to billing? Stopped a Sunrun Tech in a plaza who told me to call the Emergency # on the **ntrol panel. I had him call. You guessed it, only billing? Had the friend who referred me call her sales *** for help. A service claim was issued and a tech visit scheduled 2 weeks later. You guessed it?Took the day off from work and no Sunrun Tech and no call/ WTF!!! Called to **mplain and was given a phone # that NO ONE answers?? Have filed formal **mplaints with Ma. ************************ and Ma. Secretary of State. Absolute Scam Outfit!! If ***** or any ** **nspirators knock on your door call the Police! Am meeting with my Lawyer this week to file LARGE CIVIL SUIT. Have posting on Reddit seeking others who have been scammed by this outfit. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should this outfit be allowed in *************!!Sunrun, Inc.

I never asked to be a Sunrun client, they bought out the company I used to install my panels. Since then, they have treated me as if I am a second class citizen because I didn't use them initially. They tried to deny my warranty claim, tried to tell me I had no warranties, has stopped monitoring my system in breach of contract, and can not communicate at the most basic level. Every time I call in I get different answers from different people, and I get bounced around from department to department. It has been three weeks of trying to reach my assigned case manager. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, and even text messages, completely inaccessible. I am now having to open a new case because I am selling my home and must transfer the ownership, absolute silence from Sunrun. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.Sunrun, Inc.

Sunrun installed solar system on my house We asked when we need a new roof what was the fee to remove We were told a one time free removal and reinstall free of charge Well time has come my insurance company is dropping me due to my roof being 20 years old even though I have a 30 year roof We contact sun run they said no there is a 6000$ charge to do this What is wrong with this company and their sales personnel How can a company like this get away with lying to the public in selling there product Please help!Sunrun, Inc.

I currently installed the solar panels. Batteries have not been working I have been paying close to $1000 dollars a month with PG&e and sunrun. Sunrun is not helping and batteries are not working. They have come to my house twice to fix the batteries, they are still not fixed. They take no accountability for the reset ice they promised.Sunrun, Inc.

My name is ******* B, and I am filing a complaint against Sunrun for gross negligence and mistreatment of employees, which has destroyed my life. I was a top setter for the company, earning $10,000+ per month, but everything changed after I was assaulted by a ****** employee. The incident was caught on camera, yet both ****** and Sunrun failed to take action.Before the assault, I had just suffered a miscarriage, and I was trying to push through. A male ****** employee became upset when I didnt immediately reply to his text. Despite showing him that I had liked his message, he physically assaulted me, leaving me with severe injuries to my knees and back. I required hospitalization and now deal with chronic pain.Sunruns response was devastating. Despite being one of their top performers, I was forced out of my job, while the man who assaulted me was allowed to continue working. I was not offered support or an apology. Sunruns failure to protect me has cost me my career, my health, and my peace of mind.This is a serious issue of safety and accountability. Sunruns actions, or lack thereof, destroyed my life. I unfortunately bought a home and took over the existing agreement from the prior owner. Every month there is a new issue. The latest is that I am getting calls multiple times a day claiming I have an outstanding bill for June and July 2024 (it is halfway through March 2025) and it is the first time I heard about it. I own a two family and each unit has their own separate account. I provided the email confirmation and/or bank statements proving I paid. They told me to ignore that it says it was paid on my account and they cannot verify the payment confirmation even with the confirmation number. I called back and it was then explained to me that I could not have paid this bill because it wasn't uploaded to my portal. I asked them to provide a statement and they responded that it will take a few days to generate the statement and they do not have a statement for this bill. I told them that I refuse to pay until I have a statement and they responded "well you have to pay anyway because service was done". They are trying to retroactively charge me for a bill that was never received months ago and they can't even produce a statement.Sunrun, Inc.

2 gentleman approached my house and told me the new telephone poles were added a few days earlier to aid people with their energy needs. I was. In the middle of doing something and told them to leave. They persisted to bother me and said they checked my meter outside and stated energy me be being stolen from my house. Again I asked to leave before I call the police. They basically laughed at me and flashed their badges and said the were federal employees and worked for the government. I listened to what they had to say and proceeded to ask me for my PSE&G bill. I told them I didnt have one. They said the had other stops and would return if I could get them a copy of my. They told me about a 17% increase in my electric bill on 6/1/25. The gentleman returned about 2 hours later and I stated I called PSE&G to obtain a copy of my bill. I spoke to someone at PSE&G regarding if Sunrun was a solar who worked in conjunction with them. The women stated they are a solar company who only works with them regarding energy sources power. I dont want now or probably never. Today I get a card in the mail from Sunrun saying that Im prequalified for credit. I never asked to be approved for credit from them. The card gave an 888 number to call to opt out of this which the approved through my credit report. I called the number and the first question they ask for is your social security number. Of course I hung up and started to write this complaint. First I wanted them off my property .Second I stated multiple times I was not interested in anything they were proposing. Third what gave them the right to both gather my information off my meter and then submit my information for credit approval that I never asked for. The gentleman who left me his card is ******** *******. I wantto be left alone and have this gentleman checked out for other people who may have fell for his spiel. ****** ********** **********************************.Sunrun, Inc.

Do NOT trust this company, save yourself the headache and don't get scammed like I did. I have been waiting nearly 3 months for the solar panels to be turned on after there was such a rush for me to sign the contract and get them installed. I only receive updates when I call my sales *** AND email my activation "specialist". The timeline that sales told me is so wildly different than what is going on it's laughable. I receive literally no updates besides "it's pending approval". How does it take so long to get approvals after these solar panels are installed? Right now I'm stuck with these panels and no green energy benefit as the customer support team likes to remind me it's breach of contract to have them removed.STAY AWAY FROM SUNRUN!Sunrun, Inc.

I have had Sunrun solar since mid 2022 but I had not used the Autopay feature which reduces the monthly payment by $$7.50. I decided to turn it on day before yesterday. Big mistake. I was behind by a few days on the current payment due which is $300/month. Next day they had taken $900 out of my checking account. I tried to get $300 back thru online chat but they wouldn't do it nor explain why they could charge me $900. They simply offered to send the complaint to a manager. I immediately turned off autopay. Since it would take time to go to court and be a lot of trouble will just delay the next payment.Sunrun, Inc.
