      If I could give ZERO STARS I would definitely do that. It's been over 5 months and I still cannot stream on my AppleTV. Excuse is now my device is defective although I can stream ******** (part of Paramount) and all other major services EXCEPT PARAMOUNT+.

      WORST STREAMING NETWORK OF ALL TIME !CONSTANTLY BUFFERING.. THEN IT SAYS CAN'T PLAY AT THIS TIME .THEN *********, BUFFERING BUFFERING. CONTACT PARAMOUNT REPRESENTATIVE.. THEY SAID THAT IT'S MY WIFI.. CONNECT USING HARD LINE...WE HAVE A SPECIAL FEED !! GET ************** OUT OF HERE ***** !!!BUFFERING BUFFERING BUFFERING. THEY HAVE FRICKIN PROBLEM AND THEY DON'T FRICKIN CARE !!!THE ONE AND ONLY STREAMING NETWORK , THAT HAS PROBLEMS !!

      The application for streaming is terrible. The app freezes while watching a movie or show, that is even if you get it to load. And their troubleshooting page is a joke. There are times when it does work, but very few. I am canceling, may try to access through Amazon Prime. But I think the application Paramount + itself is terrible!

      Paramount+ is the biggest scam ever. I will never sign up for this service ever again. I received a trial back in October and each time I tried to cancel, they would give me two months free. The app would always state a cancel before date of weeks ahead of when they would actually charge my card. I called to complain and the guy on the phone belittled me about only subscribing for the lowest tier and how $6 won't kill me. I had called 30 minutes after the charge and he stated that they have a no refund policy, so I'm out of luck. He gave me another 2 months free to make up for it. I told him no, I don't want his service and he insisted. The same thing happened later, the app said the cancellation date was a couple weeks after when they actually charged me. I had screenshots and a reminder in my phone when to cancel. They didn't care and said that I had an outstanding balance if I refused to pay. They are the worst streaming service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      I had gotten a free trial for paramount plus and it said that the billing day was on April 1st and got charged on March 1st.

      Im riding the bed business bureau to complain about Paramount pluses refund practices and inability to perform routine customer service functions. On February 11 I called Paramount+ because after canceling the month before in December I was still deducted $13.13 out of my account. I was insured that my account was closed and received emails for my refund on 11 February today I have received nothing, I called back and got nothing but the runaround and refusal to be transferred to a supervisor and was told that transferring to a supervisor would do nothing that the technician I was talking to had all the capabilities to issue the refund which he didnt He told me to call my bank I cut him off and told him I already called my bank and said it was your problem Paramount problem. I hung up in and will always encourage people not to sign up for Paramount. Plus please help me resolve and getting my refund issued to me.

      I have had Paramount + for over a year ... each time I try to use it .. it constantly buffers ... There is no way to get through to complain and see if there is going to be a resolution. Paramount + is part of CBS so if I want to see certain series I have to have Paramount +. The service is terrible.Superbowl was horrible .. plays happened and we would see it after it happened.I would like to reimbursed for the service since I signed up and it should be offered for free until they can fix their bandwidth instead of blaming it on others.

      This app is AWFUL it always buffers and crashes. But what is really the issue is that there is no one to contact to help trouble shoot!! I tried chatting on the website and all it was was a robot that kept directing me to pages on the website that did not help! There was no trace of a phone number anywhere on the site. My only resort was to ******** message them, which they advertise to do, so you would think they have people available to respond? Nope. No answer. This app is scamming people. They take your money but do not provide the service they promise to provide! Then no one is available to speak to you about it!! Crazy

      Horrible paid service I get better response from freevie in other non-paid services I can leave a negative review it'd be negative Infinity Stars!
