      I subscribed in 2021 to 2022 for one year in Paramount+ to get the streaming service from this company. In the end of the year when I wanted to cancel they didnt give the option. They charge my credit card and I couldnt found any customer service phone or way how to contact them. also i cant watch TV or anything because my account is not working since Mars 2023, even so i got charged without my consents for December 2022 to December 2023.

      I signed up for the free trial, and then for 3 months at $1.99, or something like that? I would have to file this under too-good-to-be-true, as soon as I tried to cancel the service, I got stuck in a very strange loop, I tried to access my account through the app, but it had a link to the website, and when I tapped it the page flashed, but I couldn't get anywhere, it was a dead end, and after reading many posts guiding you through the process, every single link leads to that dead end page? I can't access my account, ********************** won't let me? I haven't used the app in weeks, and I feel trapped and tricked and taken advantage of. They give Paramount a bad name! Let me cancel my subscription, which I have against my will, I can't afford the service, and I don't know what to do?!

      I was charged before my billing due date. They fraudulent charged me as well. They had offered me two months free when I decided to cancel my subscription. I agreed to continue using the service for two months free and was charged before the two months was over. When I emailed Paramount+ I was told they could not refund me the money. I wasnt supposed to be charged until 11/30. I now have to pay my bank a $15 maintenance fee and an additional $11.99 to meet my daily balance, which decreased due to Paramount+s error. *** sent out several emails about this issue and no one has gotten back to me. My bank account *** close down because of this. I signed up for Paramount+ free trial because it was free. This is terrible. According to the terms and conditions "Paramount Streaming US will not charge you in connection with the Promotional Period. Paramount Streaming US *** place a temporary charge in a nominal amount on your Payment Method to ensure the validity of the Payment Method, but the temporary charge will be removed promptly. "I was charged before my billing date and I have proof.

      Paramount Plus is the worst if you signed up on a device that you no longer have and need to cancel. Paramount Plus wants me to login on the "original device" in order to cancel my subscription but I no longer have access to that device because water spilled on it ruining it and making it inoperable. DON'T GET SUCKED INTO THE TRAP OF PARAMOUNT PLUS! I had to get a new card and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO PARAMOUNT PLUS!

      They fraudulent charged me because of a tech issue. They had offered me two months free when I went to cancel. I agreed to keep the service. Because of a tech issue on their end, they charged me the second month. When I called they gave me an issue about refunding the fraudulent charge. Ultimately they only agreed to a refund if they cancelled the service immediately. This cost me one of the free months I was supposed to have in addition to wasting over 30 minutes on the phone to be refunded and several days for the funds to be returned to my account. The worst experience I've ever had with a streaming service!

      When I pause or rewind I am then forced to watch an entire commercial break and then it rewinds itself 20 minutes to the wrong place, it where I pushed play and when I try to get where I want, well I have to watch MORE commercials and then it rewinds 29 minutes and over and over again FORCES me to watch more ducking commercials and then plays in the wrong place and after 6-8 attempts and WAY TOO many ads which BTW I will never support a single one of those businesses due to the aggravation of this, it skips 10 minutes of the show and plays something near where I missed but If I try to rewind to see those 10 minutes, guess what MORE Commercials!!!!! ??????????????????????????2 days with this service and I feel they owe me money!!!

      you know what i find incredibly messed up? the fact that patrons pay for the premium service with no commercials and then while my toddler is watching a cartoon on your app, commercials for toys keep coming up.i did a search and supposedly there are sometimes some commercials to promote your programming. Barbie ********* commercials are not program promotion. you are literally marketing to kids thinking the parents won't notice. extremely sickening.

      I spoke with representatives in February about the fact I was being double charged by them. They offered a refund and ensured me the issue was fixed. I have continued to be double charged for the last 4 months. I just canceled my account because of this and was just charged, again, for the subscription I had canceled. Make sure you monitor your credit card statements

      I cancelled my account before my renew date. Even though I cancelled, I had no money on my debit card and they continued to try to charge me $5.99 for 9 days straight, I was originally paying $4.99. Today a friend sent me money to my cash app account so I could get my daughter's classmate a gift for her birthday, tomorrow. After I bought the gift, I forgot to lock my card because of these attempts to charge me, and boom as soon as possible $5.99 came out of my account. I emailed customer support twice and got the same cookie cutter email reply trying to get me to stay and informing me they don't refund memberships and the account would be cancelled in a month. First of all, I had ended my membership before renewal date, I was no longer a member!! So, the error was on their side and they owe me my money back. Credited in full. They make an average of $30B a year and they want to fight families on a tight budget over $5.99. That is pure evil and greedy asf. Don't subscribe to them, they don't care about the struggling families in America. Paramount + is just a bunch of scam artists.

      Quality of this service is terrible. Its not worth having. Constant glitches, the ads are like viruses and cause the app to fail. Even without ads expect your program to fail every 30 minutes or so.On the same tv we stream ****** plus and ******* without issue.Paramount is terrible, period.It is not worth it even if the service is free
