      Canceled in October they withdrew funds until I noticed in March . In which time I contacted my bank, the bank disputed withdrawals due to me having a screenshot of subscription canceled October 9,2022. In April Paramount + withdrew my funds again! I contacted them they said due to their policy they do not refund monies after they have been withdrawn. WOW , really a big company doesnt refund their error . I know there is a new legal policy stating it can not be harder to cancel then it is to sign up. Someone needs to let Paramount + know this.

      Please be careful with paramount. We canceled our paramount subscription and continued to be charge for over a year. We called paramount and they said tough luck, no refund. We brought up that the subscription was canceled (confirmed) and we never received any communication that the subscription, somehow, turned back on. The only way we found it was by doing our taxes and going over bills. Beware

      No number to call!!!Never signed up for Paramount but got it ANYWAY and cant remove!!!!Keep getting hammered with charges month after month and have no access to channel if I wanted to!Absolutely absurd. Bad business.

      Terrible services. For unpaid accounts commercials are more plentiful than actually content. The commercial counter at the bottom of the screen isnt accurate. For example it will show 6 commercials during a 42 minute episode. This multiplies and ends up being 12+ commercials of 5 minutes each. Its insane. When paying for an upgraded account they still show commercials. Its a total scam.

      Paid for yearly access with Showtime, but it still has me locked out of Showtime. Estimated wait time for help is 45 minutes. So, here I sit filling out complaints and one star reviews for 45 minutes. If not for my wife I wouldnt bother with this service. Ridiculous.

      My Paramount+ app ceased to stream over 2 weeks ago. 6 hours later, Fios and **** determined it is not on my end, but on Paramount+'s end. I have the highest level of wifi, latest software, etc. Paramount+ customer service does nothing when on the phone for hours with them and all they do via email is send the same stupid instructions to check my wifi, reload the app, etc. There is absolutely no listening on their part and I'm disgusted with the lack of customer support and resolution to the issue. I prepaid for the year and I'm so annoyed with their refund policy. All my other premium apps work perfectly on this monitor - Paramount+ just refuses to admit there is a bug in their software. Someone please help!!

      We recently upgraded our service to $14.99 per month because we could not get anything to work. We still have the same problem, nothing works. We can't sign in, it says our password etc is not valid. Paramount + does not answer their phone and their website does not work. We can't even cancel the service ... very frustrated!!!!

      Somehow I had my email AND password changed with no text or email to confirm this. In this world where everything is getting hacked why do you not have two factor authentication for things like this? Every other streaming platform does and now I have absolutely no access and they can see all of my details. Very very disappointed.

      My girlfriend has repeatedly tried to cancel her membership (which is billed on my card), and is only told they can't help her. I've also tried speaking to them, and receive the same answer. They continue to bill me, though.Paramount Plus tells us we can only modify the payment method or cancel the membership on the device used when we joined, which uses her gmail account.Well, there's no record of a PP subscription on any account associated with either of **, so ****** Play says it has to be cancelled by Paramount Plus.So everyone is pointing fingers, and nobody is helping me. Yet they're happily taking $4.99 from me each month. This last time, a couple weeks ago, I disputed the charge with my bank, and they refunded it.I want this subscription cancelled, and I want a refund for the last six months of charges while we've been trying everything to end it.
