      I signed up for a free trial to edit one PDF file. I had no way of canceling the trial on the internet and my account showed they I was signed up for no plan. They charged me for 6 months on a subscription. I called customer service and they claimed I would need to pay a cancelation fee even though I never agreed to a year long contract.

      Predatory subscription lure in get you to think you're paying $20/month, but you've actually committed to a year-long subscription and will be penalized $109 if you cancel after the free trial. I desperately needed to edit a PDF for a job application that I was under a deadline on. A month later, I find out that I cannot even unsubscribe for less than $100. This is a pretty sleazy business strategy. I will never recommend them to friends, colleagues or family. They will continue to sell subscriptions to big businesses but small business and personal use consumers need to steer clear.

      Very deceptive billing practices with their "free trial" that auto enrolls you into a year-long contract, with hefty termination fees. I will go out of my way to avoid their products in the future.

      Predatory pricing, force you into "annual plan paid monthly" to use very basic functionality. Then charge you 50% of remaining annual contract to cancel early. I HATE this company.

      Same issues like in these other reviews. Issues with how over prices their services are. Their trial sign *** not being very clear on the annual contract and them slapping HUGE cancelation fees. Mine being $120, 4 months of the fees. Never recommending it to anyone. In fact I will try to tell people to ***** clear of this company.

      Adobe will not let you remove a card from your file without canceling your subscription. i have 2 months left on my subscription and after that i will be using the license my company paid for. It is ridiculous that i cant use a product i paid a lot of money for without having a card they can charge for whatever they want with no notice.

      Adobe has the most soul crushing (lack of) customer and tech support system in place that I have ever been forced to suffer through. I have had more luck with either the *** OR the IRS.My issue: I suddenly started getting "suspicious activity warnings" about 5 days ago, every time I launch photoshop. These warnings included a daily countdown indicating that I am going to lose access to photoshop. I have been trying to deal with this issue for 5 days, and my "deadline" is tomorrow. TOMORROW! I - like many - depend on these applications for my livelihood.I have tried uninstalling adobe apps from 2 old computers (I was told I am getting the error message because I have Adobe Apps on too many computers) but I have not yet been successful in completely eradicating this cancer from my old computers. I have been on Adobe's chat bot 4 different times, and even had a call back from a human. I have reached my limit. I may have to cancel my account and start a new one, tho I fully expect to meet with an entirely new set of problems, for which i will also get no support...

      My son purchased a monthly Adobe Acrobat subscription. Adobe did not make clear it was actually an annual plan. When he tried to cancel the monthly subscription Adobe charged an absurd cancellation fee of $95. Adobe never made clear there was any cancellation fee. These companies should not be allowed to carry out these practices and take advantage of everyday people.
