      Predatory charges. Make next to impossible to uninstall even when you are no longer paying for unusable services.

      tldr: Huge cancellation fee. Enough said.I needed the pdf editor for about a month, but nowhere did I read that there would be a cancellation fee. It only said I would get a one-week free period and a monthly payment afterward. I specifically chose this one because I did not want to pay the year price since I only needed it for a month or two.I went to cancel, and there was a $90 cancellation fee. The others here have good recommendations for fixing this. If nothing else, switch to a lower plan.

      Adobe Reader PRO does not scroll on a mac computer, a know glitch. Adobe did not provide any technical resolution, a credit, or allow me to register a complaint. Then they fraudulently cancelled my service. This company needs reported and sued! Their non-english-speaking employees are running amuck, canceling service for people who complain.

      I needed to download a document from a vendor which was send with adobe. I didn't have it on my computer and being the advertisement for Adobe said you can do a trial and cancel at anytime I thought I'd download the document and then cancel the subscription immediately. After I gave Adobe my information I figured out another way to get the document and never used Adobe. I tried to cancel the subscription and there was absolutely no way given to cancel or contact Adobe. I called my credit card company and the representative agreed with me that they saw no way to cancel it, or contact or identify the company except that it was Adobe **** I told my credit card company I didn't want the subscription and I wanted it cancelled. The credit card company representative agreed with me that she saw no way to cancel and suggested I change cards. So that very day they cancelled my card and sent me a new card with a new number. I thought it would prevent them from ever charging my card. Instead my credit card company paid it and it was the second month when I caught the charge and thought it was for sub sandwiches and called the credit card company I didn't realize until I spoke with the card company that it was even related to my previous experience as I thought it couldn't be charged. The card company said that they had it down as a recurrent charge and I explained that is why we changed cards and it should never have been paid the first time. Speaking to the card company they suggested I call the Adobe but the number on the card bill and the number for this company on the BBB are different. As I've already been burned by Adobe. I'm afraid they will try to do something else fraudulent so I'm afraid to call them. I should not be charged for either month. The company is dishonest in saying you can cancel anytime when no means of doing so is given. I feel I did my due diligence by contacting my card company immediately. Adobe sent no confirmation email like most legit companies.

      Have worked in software for my entire career. The way Adobe treats customers is absolutely shocking. I will NEVER use this company again.They will charge you to cancel a subscription. (In my case, $125)This is unheard of in my experience, and I've worked on subscription software since cloud subscriptions began.The support agent I spoke to blamed me for not reading the fine print.BBB - why does Adobe have an A+ rating, please? It's hard to make sense of this given the situation here with 1* reviews and so many complaints.

      IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR PLAN THIS WILL HELP YOU!**********FYI if you want to cancel your plan without the cancellation fee I just figured it out. Change your plan to the lowest plan available. It will refund you the money you paid for the previous month, and it will automatically restart your membership. Then cancel the new plan immediately (bc of the 14 day cancellation period). I'm sure once this is seen they'll do away with this option, but I truly hope this helps enough people before then. I think they really should be investigated and fined for how they are running their ponzi scheme. They say it's a monthly subscription and then you cant cancel until they make a certain amount of money. They change the time frames you'd have to have based exactly on how much money they can make off of you. Alot of these educational products are using this SAME technique to get the full amount of purchasing a book while advertising it as month to month PLAN. They DON'T even give you the option of paying for anything shorter than what 6 months. Which wouldn't make sense for college students because our semesters are how long again?!?! That's insane. Wicked. Crazy work really.

      I was charged ***** for services that I unknowingly subscribed to. Upon looking for a way to cancel this subscription online all I could find was a policy stating that I was going to be charged another $300 something to cancel. I called the 800 number and was able to get a confirmation # for my ***** that is supposed to arrive in 5-7 business days. We will see...this took about 30min of phone time to get completed.

      I accidentally signed up for Adobe Pro on both of my email accounts. I only need one account. Online it says there would be a cancellation fee for discontinuing an account. I have tried to contact Adobe customer service multiple times both on the online chat forum and via telephone. Every time I have connected to the online chat system it says there are technical difficulties and I can never get the issue resolved. I have tried this on multiple occasions and separate dates. I have called and I am not allowed to speak to an actual person to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service.

      Absolute scam. Trial just to use adobe a couple times. Then automatic charges began.... I caught 2- total of about $32 . I went to cancel the plan, new charge of $98!?!?! Total F'n scam.
