      Adobe's student subscription practices are deceptive. Their website design seemingly pushes users towards subscriptions, and canceling mine promptly didn't prevent a four-month charge, leading to credit card debt. This lack of clarity is especially concerning for students who only need basic functionalities like the *** reader, which I never used. I request the BBB investigate these practices and ensure a refund for the four months I was charged for unused services. Horrible horrible business.

      My credit card was cancelled before they tried to charge it for a monthly service. So they emailed me, and my Adobe account was not accessible. All good and fair. Then, they repeatedly tried to charge the card and reported it to a collection agency IMMEDIATELY after. So theyre trying to charge me for a cloud service Im not getting and report it as an unpaid debt. They then aggressively try to charge the same cancelled card every day, tanking my credit score 75 points in two months, effectively holding me hostage so that Id pay their (yet again aggressive) fee in order to cancel. So, letting my card freeze was not the message they were going to receive, and they were willing to sabotage my credit to get their way, all of this over a service I was never provided so I never should have been charged for.

      DO NOT engage with this service! If you have to cancel a subscription, do so via the self service tool. Over the phone agents make it near impossible to cancel. I had a horrible experience this morning, being left on hold for 12+ minutes (I am certain this would have gone on much longer if I hadnt hung up). I then called back and spoke to a second agent who simply would not cancel the subscription. This feels scam-like.

      The charged you 3-4 times the amount of a subscription to cancel a subscription!! Its outrages and its not stated anywhere when you sign up!

      When I tried to cancel my subscription to Adobe, I was disconnected three times. I view that as very bad customer service that reflects very badly on the company. I probably would never subscribe again unless I was desperate. If there systems are that back that they keep disconnecting customers, accidentally, or worse, intentionally, then they are not a company I want to deal with.

      WORST customer service, borderline predatory. I pay monthly for a subscription to acrobat pro. My subscription allows for at least 2 (TWO) installations (this means I can install and use the software on my laptop AND my desktop, simultaneously).When trying to launch acrobat pro on my desktop mac, it asks for a serial number, which subscriptions DO NOT USE.I called this worthless company to resolve the issue, but the rep demanded he not only have FULL ACCESS to my hard drive, but to RECORD both my screen AND our conversations. Both of my machines contain confidential information from and to my Clients, as their attorney. I do not have the authority to allow ANY recording of information related to my clients. They do NOT need to record ANYTHING, in order to fix their own problems. The rep stated he would not help me fix the problem, UNLESS I allowed him to record.Section 5 of the ************************ Act (*** Act) (15 USC 45) prohibits ''unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce. '' The prohibition applies to all persons engaged in commerce, including banks.It is my opinion that Adobe is in violation of Section 5 of the *** Act (15 USC 45) and deserves to be held accountable, to the fullest extent of penalties available, specifically as they are violating Federal Law, as a REGULAR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

      Is a con artist stealing from average Americans. I used there services to send a document for my employment under a trial basis. Called the merchant to cancel before any fees were to be taken and they refused even though. I was charged four transactions even after blocking their company name they changed their name 3 times and after i ordered a entirely different card number. I had to close my entire account just to stop them from doing so. This is not the way business should be conducted, as a disabled veteran with heart issues on a fixed income I shouldn't have to worry about money being taken from me. It would not allow me to give them zero stars they are not even worthy of the 1 listed here

      Horrible, predatory. Listen to everyone here and never, ever sign up for a free trial. I've been on the hook an entire year with multiple calls to customer service. Insanely high cancellation fee. Awful.

      This company is a scam!!! I don't believe that they are in *******. After being transferred to several different "departments" then to finally reach a "supervisor" the supervisor disconnected from the chat and disbaled me from even being able to speak to anyone else. My complaint was that someone offered me a lesser "monthly fee" on a product from $22.99 to $15.99. I agreed and they sent me a link to pay with my debit card. They all claim that they had no record of this transaction and I was trying to complain about fraud. Overall I can't believe that ADOBE is allowed to do business the way they do. There has to be a better way to get adobe services! This is horrible!
