Seven days into a new semester and I got stuck in a loop of "verify your identity via email" yet the email never showed in my account. I went to manage my plan to cancel the subscription during the free trial, and was told to verify my account via email to manage my plans. However, because the emails would not show up, I couldn't do that either. I was now charged, a month and one week later, for the service. I attempted to get a refund within the hour and was told no. I was told that my plan had passed the 14 day limit, and Adobe policy is to not give a refund. Instead, they told me I was a "valued customer" and that they would waive my cancellation fees of $149.99 and $107 for my $20/month subscriptions.Complete bogus customer service and company for the policy. Even during chatting with support they continued to demand I check all my email folders/junk and attempted to send more and more emails, though I stated in the beginning that I could not receive them. They refused to verify my identity via phone/text. In the end I had to cancel my card and dispute the transaction through the bank.

As noted in many of the complaints listed, I initially was looking for a program for photo editing. But after opening the package, it was quite complicated and I decided to cancel the free 7 day trial on 4-4-23 and received a confirmation of the cancellation. Well after my next credit card statement, I noticed the charge of $22.46 on 4-13-23. After numerous attempts to remove this fee unsuccessfully, They stated that I had two accounts and only one was cancelled, yet there was no mention of multiple accounts being set up. So they try to offer me an additional 90 days of free subscription at no charge and I can cancel that as well within the 90 days. So I tried to cancel and received notice that I would be charged an additional $111 for early cancellation fee. This is a "complete fraud racket"!

I signed up for a free trial and was charged $100 anyways to cancel even though I cancelled prior to the trail ending. Also, nowhere did it clearly say that I was going to be charged $100 for cancelling otherwise I would of reconsidered my sign-up. I'm very upset and customer support is absolutely no help. I won't ever use Adobe again.

Wow a brief review of the last five reviews shows that I am not alone. I've had an adobe subscription that I've tried to cancel for so long, and I cannot get in touch with customer service. This company is disgusting and I hope there is a class action against them.

BBB needs to do a white glove on Adobe ASAP. I believe they are fraudulently charging for subscriptions - despite free trials being canceled within the window of time. I for one explicitly remember canceling my Adobe Stock trial before the trial ended, and seeing a confirmation of its cancellation. However, Adobe charged me for the yearly subscription - as if I hadn't canceled the free trial. It took 3 months for me to catch the charges. If I thought I had forgotten to cancel, I would not leave a review here. I truly believe, BBB, that what happened to me is happening to others. Either Adobe has interface issues or they are knowingly doing something illegal and criminal. You should find out how many people have been claiming this in contacting customer service, and furthermore, if there has been a sudden spike in this.

I logged on to my account to make a simple cancellation. The chat agent I was speaking to - Aruna was extremely rude and did not want to help me cancel my subscription. She kept on giving me 'offers' that were still almost as expensive and the first couple times I politely said that I just wanted to cancel. After that I'm getting annoyed but I still stayed on the line, hoping she would get the message and maybe help me out. After about 25 mins on the chat, I gave up. I would not recommend anyone use this business if you foresee that you may need to chat with their customer service agents in the future. To them, 'helping' is just giving you random other things that you don't need and not helping with the actual problem.

If I could give a zero, I would. For context, I've been using Adobe products for about 15 years. When trying to troubleshoot a bug and suggest fixes, I was seemingly ignored and told I was being disingenuous in their forums. Adobe banned me from their forums. Both of my creative cloud accounts. When I tried to ask to speak with someone from the ************************ I was denied. They scheduled calls with me 10 TIMES. 10 TIMES. Let me repeat that, 10 TIMES. I was stood up. I didn't receive calls. When I followed up, customer service told me it was "impossible" to reach that department. Why did they make me believe I could in the first place? Come to find out their customer service department isn't even attached to the different departments at Adobe. So no matter how many complaints you put in, the chances of real accountability happening are slim to none.Recently I was speaking to two different employees and they REFUSED to let me file a complaint. I asked multiple times and they denied me any reply or information on someone who can help. They kept me from speaking from anyone who could possibly give accountability. I felt so uncomfortable about our interaction and it truly weirded me out. Like did Adobe know these employees aren't letting me inform their employers of these weird customer service situations I've found myself in with these employees. I just didnt think something like this would happen to **** ended up cancelling my Creative Cloud subscription and getting a full refund for the entire year of 2022 and part of 2023. Never going back after the mental turmoil they put me through.

I receive a monthly charge on my credit card that I would like to cancel. I was put on customer service hold for one hour trying to cancel my account. The *** repeatedly misspelled my email on file and refused to look up my card number perhaps to delay and frustrate this cancellation. I would like to speak to someone at this company that can assist me in my cancellation request.

My conversation with the Adobe Acrobat Virtual Assistant made no sense. It kept repeating the same thing. I told it that I had cancelled my subscription two months ago, but I had been sent a note claiming that my subscription had been cancelled because I missed a payment. (Bot)I understand you must have cancelled but it was not cancelled it happen due to a technical glitch but now it is cancelled.Do other customers experience these glitches when they try to cancel?Sent 3:01 AM Yes, they do and for that, we handle the cancellation so that it gets terminated. Then hopefully the "failure to make payment" does not go down on their accounts? It is just a reminder and no charges are made under the account. It is an incorrect reminder. And I am sure that one or more of us has/have informed the Better Business Bureau and/or Consumer Reports._____ (bot) has left the conversation.
