I had a subscription for creative Cloud through my college. The subscription ended and I thought I could go back to the CS6 version I purchased before college and own. Well come to a shock to me, because I didn't use CS6 for a while they expired my license and won't renew it or help me out. So even though I bought and own the dvd of CS6 they expired my license. ********************** are a bunch of theives.

I have been an Adobe software user for ********************************** creative at ****************** in KCMO. Years ago you could buy a suite of software and not worry about upgrades unless it was a personal choice for home studio use. Now purchase is done on line. I turn to Adobe because I know how to use the programs. Unfortunately I'm constantly charged for additional months use when I no longer need to use the software. I have made multiple attempts to make sure I have selected all the right option on line for a ONE MONTH USE ORDER. I've had no luck getting ahold of customer service or a refund. In the end, I am closing credit card accounts and will no longer support Adobe's software or the company ADOBE ***** as a creative. I try to give businesses benefit of doubt, however, Adobe **** has proven time and time again, they are not customer service oriented and not supportive to those who use their product.

Absolutely criminal to allow a free trial to lead to a yearlong commitment with a $60 cancellation fee.

Adobe Systems scam: You have to sign up for 1 year. I did and paid it. Then tried to cancel multiple ***********************. Always a problem, glitch of some other impossible means to stop you. They automatically sign up for a 2nd year. Then you have a full financial commitment for the 2nd year. Finally called them. Help Desk is very hard to understand. Non-native speakers. Finally got a cancellation.

I had tried using adobe pdf editor trial. After the trial, the company has charged $21.64 monthly. If i have to cancel the subscription I have to pay a high cancellation fee as they have enrolled into a annual subscription plan as part the trial agreement. I have asked to check the usage but they refuse to make any changes. I did not expect this from a big company like adobe.. Please be careful and read every single line in the agreement before trying adobe products!

I was in a trial period for Adobe Stock. Although I thought I cancelled before the trial ended I noticed a charge and attempted to cancel immediately. The entire process was a nightmare. When I went to cancel the only options I was given were to change my plan or pay an absurd cancellation fee for a supposedly "yearly" subscription. It took going back and forth with a live chat agent to get this resolved. Absolutely ridiculous from a company of this magnitude. This has ruined a lifelong, positive, loving relationship between Adobe and I and I will NEVER use an adobe product again if it's up to me. Uninstalling. Unsubscribing. Totally side-eying anything that has to do with Adobe moving forward. I didn't even ask for a refund considering the services were never even used I simply wanted to make sure I wasn't billed moving forward and it was still way too complicated.

Illegal early termination fee hidden in the fine print. Disgusting business practices. Most predatory business agreements on the market. I'll be filing a chargeback.

Took me 30 minutes to have them cancel a subscription. Completely predatory practices. You should be required to EASILY allow your CUSTOMERS to CANCEL subscriptions ANYTIME!Especially roping people in with free trials then making them go through this - if the income from predatory subscription practices is so important to your business then you have big problems all the way at the top and likely trickling down to the bottom. It's toxic and unfair behavior to treat customers like this.

Be very careful when dealing with this company! Adobe may be a big name, but they have resorted to underhanded practices. Be sure to read the fine print... or you will get screwed!I have over 30 years experience using Adobe products. I am now retired, but enjoy playing around with the apps.I have been using Photoshop/Lightroom w/20 GB subscription for a couple years now and decided to add an InDesign subscription to my mix. Apparently when adding InDesign to my account, I received a trial subscription to Adobe Stock, which I never ordered OR was never told I would have to cancel after the trial period time was up. When I tried canceling the subscription to the Adobe Stock they wanted a crazy high cancelation fee! This Adobe Stock cost more than the combination of the two apps I have and use! I never used Adobe Stock, never signed into Adobe Stock and was not even aware that I had it.Buyer Beware!

They are scam artists I tried the free trial canceled on day one and still recieved a bill. I then go to cancel the subscription and have to pay them for the remainder of the contract. How is that legal services were not utilized they didn't cancel and I'm stuck with the bill.
