    I did not purchase the service yet they set up a trap on a page I was viewing and as a result I am constantly getting pop *** on my screen telling me to set up. I didn't so I keep getting the pop ***. They should not have allowance to do this to individuals who never wanted or even heard of their scam.

    McAfee antivirus software keeps sending me notifications that my computer is infected with a virus. I have scanned my computer with other software and that software finds no virus. McAfee is sending false notifications in order to get business using false claims.

    ******* charged me $90 a month in advance, on an expired debit card. They would not take no for answer. I asked them for a refund and to cancel my services. They kept giving me a run around, and asking questions that was non of their business. I will never do business with McAfee again!

Your subscription renewed, per the terms of our Auto Renewal Program in the McAfee License Agreement, which must be accepted prior to the completion of your purchase. As your subscription was still enrolled in the program, you were charged for the continuation of your subscription.     After I contacted McAfee and 2nd time and talked to different customer service person. My money was refunded. I also uninstalled McAfee from my computer. The 2nd customer service person was very helpful.

    We canceled their service in 2020 and we called them . Every year they try to charge our card . We call and argue with them and they refund us our money. We have had to do this every year. I'd love to give them 0 stars if I could

    Mcafee is trying to charge me for their product that I did not order and do not want. They claim that it is on auto renewal, however I have never purchased from them and have no intention to ever purchase from these predators.

    Last year 2022 McAfee charge me 2 subscriptions $149.99 each. I called them and canceled my subscription this year they turned around and charged 1 subscription. When I called them he said I never canceled that subscription. They took money out of a credit card that I did a one-time payment out of that did not belong to me and whatever money I had remaining in PayPal they took that the total charge was $149.99 McAfee does not want to refund me the credit card has since been canceled

    My computer locks up with McAfee. My subscription was auto renewed a couple of weeks ago. I have removed McAfee from my computer and called to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund. I spoke with 2 people and waited on the phone for a couple of hours only to be told that they would have to speak to their supervisor and they would call me back within 48 hours. They called me back in the middle of the night while I was asleep. McAfee makes it very difficult to speak with them.

    My McAfee total support is currently unable to be installed on any computer. I learned this after working with their tech support for over 6 hours in a 3-day period. During their attempts to install the software they kept coming up with an error Failed to Install "Sustainability Framework". Supposably they will have a fix for their software issue some time the week of 2/13/2023. I asked for a partial refund as my subscription was from 7/2022 thru 8/2023 and they said no, they cannot do that. So, I am just out of luck. I paid $90.30 for the year, if you prorate that per month it is equal to $7.52 per month. They have $52.00 from me for a service they are not providing. Buyers beware!!

    Mcafee sent me 5 emails in one day asking me to renew. The reason I didn't do it was because it killed off another computer of mine with virus already. My one computer is down so I lost money anyways. Beware of their unethical business practice!

    McAfee changed my billing for 2022 to "multiple" devices and billed me the much higher amount. I noticed this when my 2023 subscription went through. I have only 1 device and it is deceitful to change my billing level without my approval. I should receive my 2022 refund for the "bad faith" billing for multiple devices. It's not my responsibility to catch the change in billing scheme due to poor faith to the customer. Please respond to how I can receive the credit for one device versus "multiple devices" billing ($60 approx.)
