    On 01/08/2021 i got an email stating that I can no longer use PayPal services and my funds will be held for 180 days afterwards I will be able to withdraw to the bank account linked to my profile, well over a year since my PayPal (Fully verified) was permanently limited I havent heard anything and its not letting me withdraw to my bank account, sent countless emails, tried reaching them through social media even spent hours on the phone they keep transferring me from one department to another, so many times I was told that the case has been escalated but I never got any response.     Hello! I am reaching out to file a complaint as I feel I was wrongly banned from using paypal. I was advised via email and then by customer ********************** that I was ************ limited" for "the sale of sexually oriented materials or services", which I have never done any such thing using paypal. I have used this account since 2017 and after going through all of my transactions nothing indicates I purchased or sold sexually oriented material.When I spoke to customer ********************** I was told they would not help me and any attempt to get the decision rescinded would be automatically denied. I also asked exactly what I had done that was considered sexual in nature but they refused to give me any straight answer only telling me "its in the User Agreement". The representative then told me he had a person who was banned for selling hemp rope, but directly after that said he couldn't find out why I was was banned. I rely on paypal for sending/receiving money for household bills as well as digital goods purchasing as I am a content creator and often times must use paypal to buy assets for creating avatars for a video game called VRCHAT. I also use paypal to pay for a credit card which I opened through them. 90% of my purchase history with paypal has been for video game related items be it donating to a community I was part of or buying art commissions for the community I run. I also recived money from people for running video game servers for games like GMod. **** ************* have never had any issue with Paypal before and was never even notified there were any problems, which had I been told I could clear up for them. I have attached ALL records dating 2017-2023 of my transaction history as well as the email i was sent by paypal telling my i cannot do business with them anymore.

    Transaction Txn# XMM5CWGM was made through Xoom service to the ***** bank account in ***** which was done on 11/20/2022 for a transfer of ********** INR (3000$ USD) . It was incorrectly sent to another Account No : ************ . There was no name to account number match check done before the funds being deposited. Upon contacting Xoom customer **********************: ******************** sent money to Punjab national bank and they distributed funds to ***** bank India. Now Punjab national bank asked ***** bank to reversal of funds. Punjab national back are awaiting response from ***** bank.It has been 80 days and havent received any update or correspondence on this, making numerous calls, each time I am being told that they are still awaiting a response. There is no upper level to customer ********************** representative for the matter to be escalated.An organization cannot wait for so long for an update. I feel that we are being deceived and struck.I was told during my initial conversations that the funds can be reversed by Xoom while you await the funds from your partners in *****. These funds are sent for a medical emergency and we have people waiting in desperate need.Could you please help have Xoom reverse the funds to my account as soon as possible.I am attaching the receipt and emails sent to Xoom.

    Im not even sure who to report this to. PayPal will not let me cancel my account because they permanently limited it. According to the website, because I breeches their user agreement. I had not been notified of this until I logged in (they advised I should have received an email). After contacting them through various avenues, I called them and recorded the call. They refused to tell me how I breached their user agreement. I wanted to resolve the issue but they wont let me. Now, they have my social security number, bank account, and an opened account that can incur fees. When I asked that I wanted to cancel my account and thus I wanted to clear the reason for the limitation, they advised me that it was all proprietary. Thats my social security number, bank account info, and the reason for the account limitation. This needs to be addressed somehow as, at this point, they are taking and keeping my information.

    I was on a 4 payment plan for a purchase. My payment was received. I then received an email stating that I had overpaid and was due a refund. Now they keep debiting my account for the payment which has caused ****** in overdraft fees. They are telling me I made 5 payments on a 4 payment plan but yet I still owe a payment in the amount of ******.

    PayPal has randomly permanently suspended my account without providing any reasoning as to why. I have not made any illegal purchases or purchases against their terms of service. I used PayPal for most of my online payments and I'm not sure why I'm being penalized for no reason. I've not been able to get anything back from PayPal. I've called and they've told me they're not able to see why the account was suspended. I'm just trying to regain access to my account so that I can continue on my way please.

    There was a false chargeback done in my account through mastercard, my PayPal history shows the the amount in question was a legitimate amount sent to me and even confirmed but the sender 3 times to the merchant and to PayPal yet they refuse to reform my funds they held until 75 days which had put my account in negative which I had to fix and had taken away the money I had in there which is rightfully mind and holding it till 75 that does not being to mastercard. I'm getting no help from anyone at PayPal and their attitude toward the whole situation is oh well you just have to wait.
