      Restricted my selling privileges permanently. I unknowingly violated their selling terms, did everything within my power to rectify the situation (situation 100% rectified to the buyer[s]) - and I'm repayed by 5 months of "we need this and this and this to reinstate your account" and never get that reinstation. Auction nazis. Thankfully there are other more reasonable selling platforms. Sellers beware! If they restrict you, they will keep your money! Payouts will be "put on hold" indefinitely

      Ebay is the worst company ever, they do not care about good sellers and the amount of money they make from them. They allow slanderous negative feedback that is clearly unfounded and will not remove it even with messages proving it wrong and using their rules for removal. They are one sided and will not let you speak to certain departments, its through an automated email system only. I would love to see a class action lawsuit on both sides, buyers and sellers since they have no regard for either.

      I started with this company way back when it first started and you had to dial up. .Now, they are NOT AMERICANS! They invaded my civil rights by suddenly demanding I send my PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION or close my sellers account. I REFUSED & they closed my account but decided they have the right to KEEP MY SELLERS EARNINGS for items delivered! You EBAY, ARE UN- AMERICAN & have invaded our FREE COUNTRY. YOU ARE Nothing BUT BULLIES, GANGSTERING THEIVES NOW!. GODS VENGEANCE WILL BEFALL YOU!

      WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I sold an item on eBay and was charged $50 for a shipping label that didnt work at **** and had to pay another $89 for a new shipping label for **** Then they charged $113 service fee. Then charged another $177 for more shipping. **************** chat was rude and unhelpful. The person chatting was degrading and spoke down to me about how upset I was about the issues. The company has lied to, stolen from, mistreated and abused a loyal customer of 20 years. I recommend never using this service for selling items.

      Ebay had a seller who never shipped what I ordered for my son's prom and it will take ***** business days to get my money back. My son's prom was ruined, the verified seller has yet to respond to my messages. I spoke to a customer service representative who guaranteed my order by April 15th 2023 on ebay's recorded line, ebay allowed a fraudulent seller to sell .

      To Whom it May ********** daughter purchased DVDs from EBAY. I am speaking on her behalf because she is a minor. Originally, I filed two cases because we did not received the item purchased. As time passed, no one reached out, therefore the case was neglected and we don't appreciate this. We requested for the item to be redelivered and we asked for a disability accommodation, to include the direction of delivering the package to apartment door. No one responded and I filed again. I am investigating again and I was told that the case was closed. I don't think the cases were handled professionally.Return escalated Order date:Feb 04, 2023 Order total:** $35.87 Order number:************** View order details Criminal Minds Season 13 14 15 ***** (DVD,13-Disc) ************ DVD's We responded immediately after we realized that the package stated Delivered but we didn't have the package.Please do something about it , if you can't replace item then we need our money back.Thank you,*********************** (*************************** mother- ********)
