      My seller account got suspended prior to my final payout. This was done I believe unfortunately with malicious intent in order to prolong the pay out. I was frustrated with their lack of work ethic which lead to their team members being upset.*** recently started selling high value items where eBay guarantees authentication and have consistently ran into challenges. Every time I ran into a challenge I would call eBay (its on a recorded line so you guys can always listen back) to ensure I had their guidance and would proceed based off their word. However the past three times I have followed the exact words from the eBay employees I would receive essentially a, suspicious activity email. As the items I am selling are high value I do not want to get scammed so naturally I am extra extra cautious. That extra cautious lead to being flagged as suspicious activity and eBay employees being called out for not doing their job.Im fine with my account not being reinitiated as the uncertainty of not knowing if Im protected or not as a seller is unnerving, I would just like Im final payout and be done!Intentionally prolonging the process when your own team authenticated the item already feels to me like retribution and bullying.

      I purchased an item from eBay through Affirm. Affirm approved my order on a virtual card. Once I made the purchase, the seller sent me a part for a Infiniti GX60 instead of a JX35. I sent an email to eBay who did not respond. I contacted Affirm and they told me to contact eBay. I called them and their customer representative called me stupid and as I was explaining my circumstance, he hung up on me. I sent the incorrect parts back to the seller (name on the package).. eBay nor the seller has gotten in touch with me. Now I'm out $290. Never will I ever buy from eBay again.

      eBay blocked and permanently suspended my account and refused to give me a reason why. I purchased 1 item, which I need to return, and I cant access my account to return it. The fact they suspend accounts with no reason why is ridiculous. Especially when I havent sold anything and only purchased 1 item. They have access to my payment information but I cant return my item that is not what I meant to order!

      I tried selling an item on ebay. They charged me more in fees than the buyer paid for the item.I contacted their customer service about loosing money on a sale on their site, and all I got was "This is our policy"..."Unfortunately, you would have no recourse to refund any fees on a 'legitimate' sale".Ebay's definition of legitimate is clearly not good business.

      Your primary shipping address is the default well provide to sellers when you buy an item. However, you can always select a different address, or add a new one,during checkout. You can find all the addresses you use on eBay, including your registration address and primary shipping address, in the Addresses section of My eBay.

      Its important to note, if you only alter your address at checkout, it may not save for future purchases and recommend the change come from your settings. The last thing we want is for a member to have an issue with their order. While most sellers are willing to assist if you make a purchase with the wrong address,keeping your registration information and addresses up to date ensure the best success possible.

      If the shipping address you provided during checkout is incorrect, you wont be able to change it.  Instead, you should let the seller know as soon as possible by selecting Contact the seller on the orders delivery information page. Should they decline to alter the address after purchase, you can request a cancellation and repurchase the item with the correct address. This ensures that both members are covered by eBay protections.

      Wow what a joke of a company. A seller send me the completely wrong item and then tells me I have to pay the return shipping (60% of the item cost) in order to get a refund, when eBay's policy clearly states the seller must pay return shipping if they send the incorrect item. Queue up 2 weeks of dealing with disputes and appeal and eBay decides to side with the seller because the item "was never sent back". Of course it wasn't sent back, the whole point of the dispute was to get the seller to issue me a label for HIS MISTAKE. Do not buy from this platform. Their customer service is a joke and they don't even listen to your issue at all. Big waste of time, big waste of money, and this company is just a giant conglomerate of morons.

      TOTALLY PUZZLED by the arrogant unilateral attitude eBay has to be spiteful towards an account that has been a periodic buyer and seller! A Buyer and Seller that has had hundreds of transaction and ZERO COMPLAINTS in more than 15 years.I attempted to buy from an eBay Seller. Was advised that my account had been blocked and needed to change password. When inquiring in eBay chat I was advised I needed to speak with a Security Representative of eBay. I provided the requested phone number.When called by eBay the representative began giving me a "third-degree" interrogation and refused to share why I was blocked by eBay from access to my account. When I insisted I be made aware of the apparent issues that would not allow me to purchase from an eBay Seller I was hung-up upon.No company in this world has earned the right to become belligerent, secretive and just plain RUDE to a customer of 15+ years in this manner. ********************** harbors Personal Information, has Access to Payment Methods and can easily Damage Business Reputations. And now has structured itself to exploit such information while blocking information about evidence of compromise of the information they hold. I am more than willing for the Better Business Bureau to facilitate contact with me concerning these comments.

      Do not sell on EBay. eBay will refund the buyer while they still have your item. They aid buyers to steal from sellers. This was my experience, I lost an item of $800, the buyer bought it and requested refund after 3 weeks, I printed a returned shipping label and sent to the buyer, I never got my item back and eBay went ahead to refund the buyer.
