      I purchased what was thought to be a Kala ukulele and got a Makala ukelele instead. When I try to contact the seller, or eBay, and I clicked on return/refunds It came back as " something went wrong." I then contacted my credit card company and told them I was having trouble getting hold of eBay and the. My credit card company said that I bought the product via ****** and directed me to let ****** know that you will try to work it out with the company. I went back to eBay and finally got through to get a refund/return. They told me that my refund was labeled resolved because I was talking to my credit card company. Now I can't get a hold of anyone through eBay. Horrible experience with eBay. Avoid eBay!!!!

      eBay guaranteed returns. It is less than 7 days since receiving a malfunctioning Fitbit watch. My credit card will have my money returned but why do I have to go to that extent?

      Purchased two items on eBay. My eBay profile for "Buying preferences" says use ******. In both cases they helped themselves to money in my bank account. Their website clearly shows ****** for settling payments for purchases. eBay is out of control. Unethical business practices.

      ebay is allowing ivory jewelry to be sold on there site . I reported numerous items and they refuse to remove them. I think someone needs to look into this. I sell jewelry and am very familiar with ivory and find it very unfair that they are allowing this to happen. I even reached out over the phone and the specialist was very rude and basically told me they weren't going to do anything about it. I reported these items through ebay and on the phone and nothing is being done

      NEVER SELL ON EBAY! Sold $13,000 product to customer on **********************, Sent to customer, had a weather delay, customer request refund for late shipment, eBay was quick to refund the customer, package then arrives to customer after trying to intercept, customer refuses to pay or ship back and has ghosted us since, I put an appeal on to get ebay to reverse the payment on our account because the customer is the one who owes the money so his account should be -$13,000 or he should send product back to us, ebay did investigation (WITH ALL PROOF, Including proof of signature, proof of delivery, proof customer has contacted us and no long in contact) ebay contacts me stating there is nothing the can do and now appeal decision cant be changed or overturned. We definitely just got scammed by them they are no help at all and a bunch of thieves

      The eBay money back guarantee is a gimmick. I purchased an item that seller never shipped long past the estimated delivery timeframe. Seller also never responded to my messages and also declined my order cancellation after all the delay. I asked eBay to step in more than once and they never would. They just kept instructing me to do things like contact seller and wait, then cancel order and wait, and to ask for refund and waitall things that were clearly on the record as having been done and all at no avail.

      Absolutely unacceptable experience with eBays dispute resolution process. I ordered a 250lb washer/dryer, but the seller provided a tracking number for a 38lb package that was supposedly delivered somewhere in my city and not my address. Despite this clear discrepancy and the fact that I never received my item, eBay ruled in favor of the ********** does eBay justify siding with a seller when:1.Tracking info doesnt show my actual address.2.The weight of the package doesnt match the item ordered.3.I never received the item.This is blatant negligence, allowing fraudulent sellers to steal from buyers. eBay used to be a trusted platform, but if they cant protect buyers from scams like this, theyre not worth using. Avoid high-value purchases on eBay unless youre okay with losing your money.

      I've called eBay 2 times about, the first time customer service stated they would get my money back and contact the seller. I never got any updates. so I call a week later asking if there was any updates. Now they said they can't help me because it's been over 30 days. The ebay seller autopartsgeek3 states this item has a 12 month warranty and it's been less then 5 months and the item is defective and can't get any responses. I brought this to ebay's customer service that this is a breech of warranty the lady I spoke with didn't care & asked her if it's that one of there sellers is breaking the law the phone went silent and wouldn't respond to my question. Very poor customer service! Shameful!
