      Ive been a customer on ********************** for over 15 years and in at least the last two years, they have took a dramatic turn for the worst . I recently purchased a jacket and sellers information said seller does not accept returns but underneath it said this item is protected by eBay moneyback guarantee I purchased a jacket and a large jacket arrived and it was too small. It didnt have a large sticker anywhere in the inside of the jacket and the jacket was a totally different color. I his the button to return the jacket they had a list of reasons and I press didnt fit. Usually there was a button to add pictures but the feature wasnt there so I continued as the message said seller will respond . A few hours later in my email it said your case has been closed. I went to the automated system because you cannot call them nowadays and it repeated your case has me close and it cannot be appealed since then they had removed the button in the my eBay listing of the jacket and the purchases section for me to even select to speak to the automated system. Please be aware on eBay. I would not recommend this site to anyone they have to turn for the absolute worst.

      This company has virtually no way to contact if you have a problem, no email, no chat, no phone, though it indicates these means are available. How can a company like this be allowed to exist???

      Charged $70 for shipping fees and it was a phone I shipped. Charged $200 in selling cost directly to Ebay. Could not get through their chatbot in order to speak to someone about removing these charges as they are incorrect. They have designed their chatbot in a way that prevents customers from speaking to live agents. That's scum.

      On May 9th, I placed an order on eBay totaling $90. Immediately after placing the order, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I live in ************, *******, but at the time, I was traveling to ************** and intended the item to be delivered there.I attempted to cancel the order within seconds of placing it. However, eBay's system rejected the cancellation, stating that the request had to be directed to the seller. This is a flawed and consumer-unfriendly policy. It is completely unreasonable that customers are not given a short windoweven a few minutesto cancel an order after realizing an error, especially something as common as entering the wrong shipping address.After the system refused to let me cancel, I immediately messaged the seller, who agreed to cancel the order. Despite that, the seller later claimed they shipped the item anywaybut never provided a tracking number, and I never received any package.I returned to ************ on June 23nd, and nothing had been delivered. I had a mail hold in place, I live in a gated community with locked mailboxes, and **** had no record of the package. I visited the local post office, and they were also unable to locate anything. There is no proof of shipment whatsoever from the seller.I contacted eBay customer service three times:On May 24th, I spoke with an agent and was told a supervisor would reach out.On June 25th, a supervisor called me and confirmed that I would be refunded, acknowledging the lack of tracking and likely fraudulent behavior by the seller.Despite this, no refund was issued.On June 27th, I spoke with an agent who told me that no case had ever been opened, no refund was pending, and that I was ineligible for a refund under eBays policy. He opened a case and gave me a number I paid with an eBay gift card, so I cannot dispute the charge with a credit card provider or bank.

      I successfully sold an item on eBay. The item was shipped in a timely manner. After the winning bidder RECEIVED his package, eBay SHOULD HAVE DEPOSITED FUNDS into my checking account. They say it takes 2-3 days after acknowledging customer receives package. Well, I've waited BEYOND 2-3 days and NO PAYMENT from eBay recorded by my Bank. Numerous attempts to eBay to resolve this matter have been ignored. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a REAL HUMAN BEING there. Essentially, eBay has STOLEN my money.

      As a seller eBay customer service SUCKS!!BS 100%. It's extremely hard to reach a live person and one that speaks decent English is even harder to reach.

      Worst experience i've ever had using any service like this before. I created account with them tried to place a bid on an auction for the first time and then my account was promptly suspended indefinitely. They provided no reason why And told me not to open another account because that one would be suspended as well.
