      I successfully sold an item on eBay. The item was shipped in a timely manner. After the winning bidder RECEIVED his package, eBay SHOULD HAVE DEPOSITED FUNDS into my checking account. They say it takes 2-3 days after acknowledging customer receives package. Well, I've waited BEYOND 2-3 days and NO PAYMENT from eBay recorded by my Bank. Numerous attempts to eBay to resolve this matter have been ignored. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a REAL HUMAN BEING there. Essentially, eBay has STOLEN my money.

      As a seller eBay customer service SUCKS!!BS 100%. It's extremely hard to reach a live person and one that speaks decent English is even harder to reach.

      Worst experience i've ever had using any service like this before. I created account with them tried to place a bid on an auction for the first time and then my account was promptly suspended indefinitely. They provided no reason why And told me not to open another account because that one would be suspended as well.

      I started a sellers account in 2014. As this time I agreed to the terms and conditions. Fast forward to 2025 and the terms and conditions have changed but did not notify me in any way that the funds would be held until more personal information was given. I was conformable supplying the information needed in 2014 but not the information that is now wanted. Now I was charged over $100 in fees for removing listing because of their failure to be transparent about the terms of service and cancelation policy.

      Business Complaint eBay Inc.I am filing this complaint regarding my recent negative experience as a buyer on eBay. I purchased an item from the seller "***************" on January 28, 2025, for $137.11 USD. According to ****, the package was never delivered to ******* as requested. Instead, the parcel was returned to ***************** and picked up by the seller. Despite this, I never received either the item or a refund.I submitted a claim through eBay's resolution center. My case number is ***, which was closed by eBay without providing any explanation or assistance. I was left with no product, no refund, and no reasonable option to escalate the issue further through eBay's platform.The seller has refused all communication, and eBay has effectively dismissed my concerns, despite clear tracking evidence supporting that I never received the goods I paid ****** a long-time user of **********************, I am disappointed in the lack of accountability and the apparent failure of eBay's Buyer Protection in this situation. I am requesting assistance to resolve this issue by either facilitating a full refund or enforcing accountability on the seller.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,**** Potapciuc

      eBay is no longer protecting consumers. I made a purchase on June 2 and my order still hasnt arrived. I followed eBay process of not receiving my order and they denied my claim yesterday with a generic response saying it will arrive June 11, however its June 23!! The seller has stolen my money and blocked me!! I cannot contact the seller and eBay is LYING about consumer protection!!! This is my second request asking for my money!! eBay is a liar and the owner does not contact you within 3 business days!!! He blocked me!! They stole my money back and eBay is protecting the seller vs the consumer. The order has not even shipped!! I cant track anything!! Everything was a scam and this company is still online with product @union-trader located in **************!! Dont buy from this person

      This is for sellers. I strongly advise against opening an account with **********************. I listed an item and gave bank acct and ss# info to eBay. Someone bought it and I packaged the item to send when eBay suspended my account for no reason. They won't give me any reason. I appealed and they just said they won't reverse it. My account is closed and I have no way to let the buyer know what's going on. It is beyond frustrating.

      I ordered a item in which the connections was not ****** all I asked that the connections be as my vehicle required and I was given the run around after I paid in full for the item. Then I was told that I would lose the monies that I spent because I didn't do the right thing according to protocol keep in mind that this is my first time ordering from ebay this is my reward.

      My issue is with eBay and their payout policies. I sold an item on eBay and eBay has placed a 30 day hold on my payout funds because, according to their policy, I am an infrequent seller. I have recently purchased items on eBay, so I do have a history with them, just not as a "frequent seller". I have never had a reason to file a complaint or a bad review, but I have not purchased or sold high-priced items from eBay until now. The buyer of my item is satisfied with the item and has left me an excellent review. I spoke with two eBay customer ***resentatives, and neither was of any help. I want to add that I believe that the first *** was female, and the second was male. The last *** I spoke with said that my funds are on hold because their policy says that they will hold them for 30 days if you are not a frequent seller. Here's what their **** says about funds on hold. "In most cases, holds are lifted when we can confirm an order has arrived to the buyer or, in the event of a dispute, when a case is resolved in the sellers favor." There is no dispute, so I had no reason to believe that my hold would not be lifted. (He also ended the call while I was talking.) Ebay charged me their selling fee, so they already have their fee, and they still have my money. They intend to keep it for 30 days from the date of sale. This was not a low-priced item. This item is worth thousands of dollars. The buyer is happy with the item, eBay has its 13.5% fee (and mine), and the buyer has the item. I have nothing to show for the item. We allowed eBay to sell the item in good faith because we trusted them. That has changed. I will not be using them again. Their website also says that they may place a payout on hold to ensure "a safe marketplace in all categories". I am not feeling safe about their business practices because they have refused to lift the hold on my funds and have destroyed any trust that I had in them.
