      PayPal is the worst for buyers. They only offer seller support. I had my computer hacked using teamviewer. the hacker charged $15,000 without my knowledge. I tried multiple times to get PayPal to reverse the charges. They would not. They supported the hacker in ***********. I will never use PayPal again. I would never rec them for anything.

      They don't protect buyers anymore. They're more worried about protecting scam china companies. When my product wasn't delivered I files a dispute through paypal. They denied it even when I proved the tracking number they sent wasn't for my address. Told me to do a charge back through my bank. What's the point of using paypal if you have to go through your bank to get money back.

      Two transactions were declined from my bank, 5 times each. PayPal took it upon themselves to pay it, without my permission, and now think they can call me less than 7 days later, claiming a debt collection. Now I see why they were sued and lost a class action lawsuit. Seems like another one may be in the works if I'm not the only person this is happening to.

      I have been dealing with refund issues since the end of March and have reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time, they assured me that everything was set and that I would receive my refund within a certain number of days. However, the refunds did not happen as promised. I did receive a partial refund this last time, but the agent misled me, just like the previous agents who I feel were not truthful. I am extremely frustrated with PayPal right now. As soon as I receive my full refund, I plan to cancel my account because I believe PayPal has poor customer service that misleads customers, which feels like fraud to me.

      Paypal decided they would lower my credit limit substantially withouy reason or communications. Tried to contact customer service and was told that my credit bureau lowered my Paypal Credit limit. Thats not even possible and definitely an excuse for bad business practices. I have a very high credit score, ive never missed or been late on a payment with them either. Who wants to use a service that randomly goes out of there way to hurt your credit without even saying anything. Paypal is a terrible company. Find another company that will actually treat you fairly and help you acheive your financial goals instead of trying to squeeze as much as they can out of you if you dont spend what they consider to be enoug.

      We need to SUE PAYPAL. PLEASE HELP US BBB... Because so far nothing is being done, not even by you! BBB... So what good is leaving a review just to look at I suppose huh

      Disgustingly poor communication from this disreputable company. The company wont even let you close an account until they can get you on the phone. I asked to chat with an agent and their fake-ai wrote back, thisll be a few hours, goodbye. I grabbed a screenshot because it seemed too extreme to be real.Stay away.

      Easily the worst customer service in the world. I tried using my PayPal credit account and didn't realize my account didnt have enough funds to make the purchase. Instead of declining the transaction, PayPal thought it was alright to take 6000 dollars(making me go negative 3000 dollars plus fees) from my checking account. I would have made other arrangements instead of this nonsense PayPal is trying to do. Trying to speak to an US *** is nearly impossible. This company is is horrible. 0 stars!
