      I have been dealing with a dispute for nearly two months now and charges I didnt do and all Ive been doing is going rounds with them. Im not sure why Im being punished for someone hacking into my account and now they say I owe them money! *** had no problems with any other business helping me getting things figured out but nothing but issues with PayPal

      I cannot even give PayPal ONE STAR. I own a business - did work for someone. When I sent an invoice to get paid they closed both of our accounts . I didn't receive my money from him and now they are keeping my whole 7.00 for 180 days. I do NOT recommend PayPal to anyone.

      I purchased wig threw paypal .,..i never opened package.... returned package to the sender with tracking number for proof of return..... sender wont return my money .,,opened up resolution case with PayPal they closed case in senders favor .... what happened to buyers protection plan! I decided i didnt want the wig and im entitled to my refund... i cant open an APPEAL on the app like it tells you to because the app doesn't allow i to

      PayPal knowingly allows repeat scammers to "sell" on their platform. I was scammed by a company that has been reported to them numerous times. I have security cameras that prove this as well as a fake tracking update.

      **************** associates are intended to SERVICE THE CUSTOMER. I mean the title says it all. In stead I get on the phone with this bobble headed poor excuse for a representative that has an attitude that needs major adjustments, and won't let you talk to a supervisor and I've never heard of NOT being able to transfer money INTO your account because you have more than one card linked to your account, that's almost as dumb as them saying that the validation can skip days, which means just because I used it yesterday, and it worked just fine , doesn't mean it will work today what so ever.       I have about $1000 worth of charges that somebody got a hold of my account and charged. There are also many charges they never refunded me for for gift cards that never came through. They dont track anything. You are not safe here. I dont appreciate how they handle a dispute. And its mindblower that they didnt check out the stuff. I have to do it all myself.

      Somebody hacked my account 2 months ago and they close my account because they are saying that I have a negative balanced which I didn't. How is it I get penalized for something I didn't even authorize in the first place I strongly advise you do business with this shady company

      got an email stating that my Paypal account is permanently limited. It was true but I have done nothing wrong or violate their policy. Until I went online and found out, many people are in the same situation. I feel like Paypal is currently mass banning/limiting our accounts
