      PayPal doesnt do anything if you dont receive the item you paid for. I had recently bought an item from AliExpree that came damaged and fake. Not at all like the picture description. PayPal kept stalling for a month and said they cant help me. ********** was more helpful than PayPal. Will never make any payment through PayPal because they dont provide any service, so its better to cut the middle man.

      Awful customer service! I had fraudulent activity going on with my account numerous times, which I never even use their services hardly ever. So I called to close my account and had the worst experience ever. My business will never use them again.

      I made a purchase through PayPal for approximately $40 after seeing a ******** ad that appeared to be from a ******************* The ad did not indicate that the seller was in *****. After being charged an excessive 30% sales tax, which I later got refunded, I waited over 6 weeks for the item to arrive. What I received was not what was advertisedof very poor quality and clearly not the product I ordered.I filed a dispute with PayPal requesting a refund. The seller replied that they would refund me only if I returned the item to ***** at my own expense, which was never disclosed before the purchase. This is unreasonable, especially given that international return shipping would cost more than the item itself. PayPal closed my case in favor of the seller, despite the clear deceptive practices involved and my longstanding history as a responsible PayPal customer.I emailed and later spoke with ********************** customer service by phone, but they refused to reopen the case or provide any accommodation. I feel deeply let down by PayPals Buyer Protection policy and their lack of action against a seller who clearly misrepresented themselves and their product.I used PayPal specifically because of their advertised protections, and those protections failed me in this case.

      I have had an account with **********************, *** since 2003. They sent me a message stating my account is temporarily limited until i provided information for 6 transactions and i provided them the information or fulfillment information as they requested. Then they permanently deactivated my access and are holding my funds hostage. They say i can withdraw the funds on December 19, 2025. I have yet to get the reasons for them deactivating my account. Upon finally reaching someone they said i could speak to a supervisor after my insisting to. He said he is not privy to the reasons why but, i cold email deactivation queries at paypal. Which i did and it said it could take up to 5 days for a reply. In the meantime i have a PayPal World ********** that the payment is due July 8th and a PayPal pay later that is due July 7th. If i dont have access to my money how can I make the payments? Please be wary of dealing with PayPal. I dont see how it is legal to hold MY money hostage until December. I will be contacting a lawyer.

      Terrible customer service, outsource calls totally misunderstood talk to at least four or five people, each one had a different response and apologized and said they understood, obviously did not, promise to relay information, call back Was told no information on my account available. NO CROSS COMMUNICATION WITH PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. TALKEDTO SUPERVISOR REY SAID DON'T WORRY WE'LL SOLVE PROBLEM GOT A NOTE FROM PAYPAL CLOSING CASE CUZ NO COMMUNICATION FROM ME, OR REY, UNBELIEVABLE!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.

      Horrendous policies, deceptive crediting, and unclear customer expectations. Refued a payment at 9:00 PM PST because apparently in small fine print, same day payments are only accepted until 8:59 PST. Fees incurred.

      I WAS TRUSTING MY MONEY TO STAY WHERE i LEFT **... IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT WHILE I DECIDED WHO I WOULD PURCHASE MY NEW PHONE PLAN THROUGH. MY BEST FRIEND LOANED ME $ TO GET THIS NEW PHONE WITH AND PAYPAL LET AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS. TAKE IT ALL! I WENT TO REACH OUT TO THEM THROUGH MY TEMP PHONE LINE i HAVE THROUGH TEXT NOW AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROJGH TO THEM. ITS OBVIOUS HOW THIS IS GOING TO GO FOR ME NOW. I WAS SO EMBARACED TO HAVE TO ASK TO ****** THAT MONEY JUST FOR PAYPAL TO LET IT GET SNUCK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. YOU GUYS ARE LOW-LIFES. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE.

      Received email from PayPal stating my item was denied entry into ***************** from *****. A refund was issued. The item then came many weeks later and I called PayPal to authorize payment for that item. I spoke to a representative who said they would take care of it And appreciated my honesty. Ive then received an email stating am I gonna keep the item and the refund? I found this email very insulting and very poor taste. I authorize the refund before they sent this insulting question. Very poor customer service left a very bad taste in my mouth.

      For the first time in many years, I had an issue with PayPal. Within a few minutes of each other, they processed duplicate payments for a Dominos order. If it was my mistake, I would have expected Dominos to give me two orders that night. ****. After contacting my bank, and Dominos, it was clear the mistake was made by PayPal. I sent not one, but two snail mail letters including documentation -- only to receive form-letter-type email responses from across the globe. And just like that -- PayPal double-dipped $22.36 from my account, and has zero interest in making it right.

      I have 29 unauthorized transactions from an unknown person, and PayPal refuses to help me get my money back! I am out $150 now, and I'm unemployed!! They keep trying to say that the charges are authorized when they are not!
