      They put the address wrong then I had 10 more days for a replacement lied when they said I would get it in 5 and offered nothing to help .. will never order from them again

      shutterfly deleted over 200 photos of mine. 197 of them are gone now.

      I am so disappointed that ****** has chosen to work with Shutterfly. They have always done good photo books but they are very slow in processing them. I ordered photos in very common 4x6 and 5x7 and my shipping cost was double what the photos cost. That would be fine if I hadnt been waiting over TWO WEEKS for simple photo prints.

      Horrible service. Ordered 80 pcs of card with a missing back, only the front was printed. Talked to customer service about it and all they can offer me are the following options: 1) full store credit but with the design they specify and the timeline they specify 2) 25% refund. I wanted a full refund since I wanted to use another vendor which I've been using for 20 years for cards with NO issue at all. I should have stayed with the other vendor.

      Like others, Shutterfly deleted all of my photos despite saying that they wouldn't if I purchased something before May 30 and despite my spending hundreds of dollars on their products over the past decade plus. Still, everything was deleted in April and despite 3 chat conversations promising they'd be restored by May 10, they have not been. This just means I will take my business elsewhere, to a company that doesn't lie to its loyal customers.

      I only used them because of a coupon from BestBuy. I'll never use them again. A simple photo book for Mother's Day which they estimated would be delivered on time. A day before the estimated delivery, I get a notice it will arrive 3 days later. When I reached out through their online "chatbot", I was number 99 in line. NOT WORTH IT. Frankly, I think any company that uses these chatbots is not worth the hassle. It is apparent that customer service doesn't matter anymore. ************ of delivery have improved but if anything goes wrong, the burden is on the customer.

      I have been waiting 2 months for a photo book to be sent to me. I have talked to 4 separate representatives and 2 separate orders have been put in and still nothing. They are telling me they having problems with their supplier and thats why its taking so long. Well then they shouldnt sell products they dont actually have the ability to produce within a timely manor.

      Shutterfly "promised" to never delete any photos uploaded. I thought they were better than most companies because of this "promise". Well they lied.

      Bought what was labeled as blanket with printed photos on it, and it is not a blanket. It should not have been labeled as such. It is smaller than a baby blanket. It is just to put on back of a couch or chair as decoration. It's basically a bed scarf but even smaller! They were having a mother's day sale and it was half off so I bought 2. $100! I can't imagine if it had been full price and I got them. I would be getting a refund somehow, but no one to talk to besides machines.
