      Hi all, I think their shipping sucks!!What's with this *** Innovations!!Received half of my shipments *** which was ok. Then the latter part comes **** thru this *** Innovation. Which was 10 days late!!Looking at shipping details it arrives at my town then goes north into another state then comes back to my location.!! Ok Shutterfly, which has now acquired Snapfish, you need to figure something else out for your shipping department. Oh, and by the way, stop putting stickers on the picture plague it self.It's wrapped in plastic so stick it on the wrapping!! Good grief!!Also noticed ****** is now using Shutterfly.

      I ordered a picture pillow from Shutterfly. It was supposed to be delivered between 7 and 11 Jan. ** 8 Jan, I got a message stating that it was delivered at **** to my front porch. It was not. I checked my porch, my neighbor's porches, all around my house, no package. So I went to **** site, which said to start a claim with the shipping company. Up to this point, this experience is annoying but fine, mistakes happen. However, I tried to log on to Shutterfly to start a claim. There are no faqs, contact us, or other links to claim a package was not delivered. All I can see is that my package is supposed to be here. So I tried to contact a customer support agent. Despite it being within their weekend hours, "no agents are online". I work during their weekday business hours. I wish I had read the previous reviews about their failures to deliver items.

      It is very sad when a company promotes "Customer Satisfaction" and continues to argue and negotiate the dispute instead of using their motto of "Customer Satisfaction". Using play of words that could be construed as a threat is not appreciated.

      service I ordered glass ornaments using a picture that I had enhanced to intensify the colors. What arrive was washed out and nondescript. I called to complain and they reordered them. Now my christmas presents would be late. The next set were just as bad. So I called and asked for a refund. They tried to get me to accept a gift certificate but I insisted on a refund to my credit card. They agreed and said the credit would appear in **** business days. A few minutes late I received an email telling me I was getting a gift certificate. I called immediately to point out the error and was told the rep made a mistake but the only thing they could do was to send me a check --- that I would get in 6-8 weeks. I don't think this was a mistake--it is a stalling tactic. Will never do business with them again. There are other options. Wish I had seen how poorly rated they are Date of experience: December 29, 2022

      If I could leave zero stars I would. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Paid for a rush shipping fee for my Christmas cards and when they did not arrive requested a refund. The only way to speak with customer service is through chat (which is terrible) was told they would cancel and replace my order and guaranteed it would arrive in two days so I said okay. When it again didnt arrive I reached back out. I was told they were again cancelling my order and would issue a refund in **** business days. I never received the refund so AGAIN was forced to contact customer service (they also apparently dont keep record of their chats so every time I contact them I have to re-explain everything). After waiting in the web chat for over 45 minutes today I was finally told they were again issuing my refund that was supposed to have been issued weeks ago and that I have to wait another **** business days. Completely unacceptable. Who knows if Ill get the refund at that time or if Ill have to go through the excruciating chat experience again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WASTE!!!

      I ordered 30 Christmas cards and white envelopes on 12/13/2022. I paid $19.99 for rush shipping to receive the cards by 12/20/2022. I did not receive the cards until the evening of 12/21/2022. The shipping packaging was a thin, flat, cardboard envelope. This was a poor choice as the cards were thick cardboard stock and the corners caused small tears in the outer packaging. The package had to be taped by the postal office. My order was also missing the envelopes. The chat assistant ******* said "the cards are packaged in a box, the envelope is usually inside the box." She also said that "this does not normally happen but sometimes during the holidays, orders get crazy and stuff may be mixed up once in a while." I appreciated the full refund that Shutterfly issued me but given the sentimental importance of this order, and the emotional pain that the damage caused, I will not be ordering from them again.

      I am very disappointed with my experience ordering a Christmas gift that now, because of a delay that I was not notified about, won't be here until after Christmas. I made the order on Monday Dec 12th, It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday Dec 17th per my shipping selection. I contacted a representative via chat this morning to find out why I haven't received my order yet. The representative was very nice and informative but unfortunately didn't give me good news. She was able to reorder the prints but also informed me that it wouldn't be here by Christmas. Without being informed about a delay now I don't have time to make other arrangements. I am also disappointed that there wasn't an offer to reimburse me somewhat for the inconvenience. Ive used this company in the past and been satisfied but I will not be using it again. Based on other reviews I see, I should of checked here first.

      Shutterfly is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 2 monogrammed bags for my kids from Santa on 12/4/22- the website says 6-8 business days for production and shipping. Great. I go to check on my order status a few days later and it says estimated delivery 12/24 - 1/3. WHAT! I ordered with almost 20 business days to get this in. I go on the website and hit the send feedback button and request an update- i hear nothing from them. Today the 19th i see no new status so i get on the chat and ask when my package is shipping. First she tells me its delayed due to a high volume of orders. Then she says it will ship on Dec 20- tmrw. I said well you should expedite the shipping since you're late, and she goes and says she expedited the shipping. So when i ask for what date it will arrive- she then comes back and tells me my order was LOST. WHAT?? After being on the chat for 20 minutes and her giving me options, suddenly its completely lost and i can reorder for after Christmas or get a refund. It makes NO sense. Obviously i took the refund and will never use this shady company again.

      I ordered Christmas cards from Shutterfly because they were advertising a 50% off promotion site wide. I ordered cards to go to 25 different addresses, the discount was only 30%. I received notification that all 25 cards are being shipped to one address that is not even my address. I tried to contact Shutterfly through their online chat, this is futile as they make you wait forever, have automated responses and then the chat times out before you get to chat with anyone. I did this at least 10 times while I hunted down their customer service number. I waited for 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone in ***** with a fan blowing in their house so I couldn't even hear them at first. She sounded annoyed and shut off the fan and i could hear birds chirping. Anyway she told me the error was MY FAULT and that they would not refund me anything and the icing on the cake was that I said I would report it to the BBB she laughed at me. Basically ripped me off completely. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

      First of all we found a card put our pictures on it only to find out we couldn't change the 2021 to 2022, they need to review these problems before putting it on line.Secondly, but just as important their delivery is very poor. They use Mail Innovations which doesn't work. If they want to keep customers they need to go to accredited mail service. I guess they want you to pay more, if that's the cause we will go elsewhere.
