      I am filing a complaint against this company because I am now being ignored. I hope that by reaching out to you, communication from the company can start up again and that they can provide me with information that will lead to the end of my timeshare ownership with them. I contacted a ******************** back on January 8th. This was after he previously responded to me, advising that he could provide me with the Exit Teams information. I responded back to him, requesting he provide the information, and it shows that he read my email but I never received a response back. We need help out of this timeshare. It was misrepresented to us and we have not been able to use it as it was described. We never would have bough it if we knew the realities of this ownership. We need someone from the company to take accountability for the shady sales tactics that they subject consumers to and allow us out of this.

      We are a retired couple in our 80s who are sick and appalled at the treatment we have received from **** Resorts. As owners of a timeshare with this company for 20 years, it is ridiculous that we continue to be harassed like this. To say that we are disgusted with the way they misled and intentionally deceived us during the timeshare purchase process at **** Resorts would be a kindness which they do not deserve. We believe that the actions of **** Resorts sales employees amount to fraudulent misrepresentation. It is evident that these actions by their employees constitute fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of trust. As a result, we have suffered significant financial harm and emotional distress. We have attempted to extricate ourselves from this burdensome obligation by contacting their ***** Services and **** Services but have been met with indifference and unhelpfulness. We have demanded that **** Resorts take immediate action to rectify this situation. We trust that **** Resorts will take this matter seriously and promptly address our concerns. If they fail to provide a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable period, we are prepared with no choice but to pursue legal remedies to protect our rights and seek appropriate compensation.

      I bought a timeshare in 2014 from what was **** Resort in ********* **. It was sold with the promise they were the only timeshares that would by back their timeshare. It is now called ***** Vacation club. I contacted them in May 2023 saying I'm retired and can no longer afford the timeshare due to maintenance fee's doubling and I want to exit. I was informed that they no longer take back time shares they stopped that program a long time ago and I had no options.After many e-mails and being lied to for 9 months and am frustrated and need help making these vultures STOP. They cheat, lie and prey on hard working people.I don't want any money. I just want to be done with timeshare as they promised 10 years ago.Can anyone help??

      Everything is so broken and confusing with this whole **** and Hyatt thing. I don't want to own Hyatt and I never have wanted to. However, **** sold me and all their other clients out when they let Hyatt take over or buy them. Things have only gotten worse. With **** people were friendly. With Hyatt its all about corporate greed and NO customer service. Point in fact: I sent an email to Hyatt on 27 November and have not had a response and it was sent to their Consumer Affairs email. So, if they're not paying attention to it then how much do you think they care about you? STAY AWAY

      Reading these reviews is disgusting and disturbing especially when realizing the BBB ISNT DOING ANYTHING TO STOP THESE GREEDY PEOPLE + BUSINESS. We also fell into the trap of these lies and false claims and I hope karma serves all who are involved in this well.

      We recently expressed some concerns that we had with the sales presentation not exactly lining up with the purchase itself. We were told that there was no exit options or hardship programs within the company at all. So, despite these concerns, we are to sit with the property and continue being billed for it. It just feels a bit like a scam. Here is this awesome product! then the product isnt what it was described to be. Sorry, youre stuck with it dont forget your next bill!This cant be allowed to happen, right? There has to be SOMETHING that can be done.

      Timeshares are scams. When purchasing through ***************** @ ********************, *******************, ******, was pressured and followed during my vacation to purchase this timeshare bought us lunch/dinner free drinks. Was promised everything, maintenance fees will not go up, any family member can use it, you can sell it...ETC..Now, maintenance fees are over $2k, never availability, and cannot exit out of contract. ************** and a next of kin will inherit it and HAS to pay the ***** So when I'm in a nursing home, I still have to pay these fees....The Government should not allow this to happen to consumers....Oh and trying to hire someone to get you out of your contract, they are scammers too.

      My husband and I have been involved with this time share for about a year. We went to a presentation upgrade and since the upgrade there has been nothing but dissatisfaction. We requested to down grade to our previous ownership or exit and we have been told we cant exit. However no one responds to at least the down grade due to unexpected financial issues. I have made several attempts to get answers and nothing except you cant exit. You cant exit, you cant book. They lied about maintenance fees. No one can get their stories straight. Instead of helping they dont do anything but put more stressors. Financial hardships happen and they show no empathy. All they say is we can help you with your points. We dont need help with points, we need help with exiting. They are a waste of money and time. You cant never obtain accurate information etc. they are liars and fast talkers. ************

      Im under a lot of distress with this company. I have made many attempts to use our timeshare, with no luck. There are many restrictions that are not highlighted during the presentation. It has been a huge financial burden since. I feel completely misled and robbed of my money.

      dont buy a timeshare from them ever! They lie to you when presenting the timeshare trick you into buying it then when you go to your first owners meeting they tell you your getting something completly diffrent not worth your money.
