      **** Resorts is a complete disaster! Don't waste your time or money there, it's a rip-off and a total scam. During our last encounter they told us **** partnered with ******* which would ***** us discounted access to the ****** Resort, ****** in ******! They pitched us on all the benefits wed receive as owners, like access to the *** network, however the number they gave us to call goes unanswered night and day. They told us that they had a dedicated in-house department that helps owners sell their points. Due to the difficulty in getting a reservation, we contacted them to sell some points to recoup some of our money, but they acted like they had never heard of such a department. The worst part is they gave us our contract on a thumb drive, so we didnt know we had the right to cancel within a set number of days and had they given us the contract in printed form, we would have seen that clause and canceled this timeshare the following day.

      **** Resorts is something else, and I dont mean that in a good way! **** Resorts TOLD US AS MEMBERS WE WOULD BE GRANTED THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL WITHIN THE U.S AS WELL AS INTERNATIONALLY!! **** EMPHASIZED that we COULD MAKE MONEY IN THIS PROCESS. They also told me that the resorts were exclusive to their owners, and I would be treated as a VIP.Since this meeting, Ive checked online, and found that I could easily book a room at a Resort for $190/ night, which totals $1,330 for a 7-day trip. So, tell me, why I have a loan with this company for thousands of dollars and there is never any availability.I have been an owner for 7 years and I have NEVER been able to take a trip! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ENRAGING to say the least!

      I havent even had a chance to stay at **** yet and Im already terribly unsatisfied. I have to stay there because its the closest decent hotel near my wedding, however I booked my reservation with them months ago and havent gotten my confirmation email. Ive called three times and emailed several times to different email addresses over the last several weeks and no confirmation email. They also led us on over the phone at one point by saying they could reserve room blocks, so we emailed the person we were told to contact about room blocks and of course we got no response for weeks. Finally someone responded and said they dont do room blocks for our specific wedding date. What? Why? That makes no sense. It feels like no one cares at this hotel, Im extremely worried about the experience of staying there.

      My husband and I got an offer for a free stay with **** at Branson **********************, but we had to sit through a presentation to qualify. Let me tell you, that presentation lasted for FOUR hours, and I cant tell you who was more annoyedus or our kids? The salesman was going on and on about all these great benefits, like how our investment value would go up and how easy it would be to use. He even said they would buy back the timeshare if we ever changed our minds. It turns out none of that was true and now we're stuck paying hundreds of dollars every month. Then, when we went on vacation to San Diego in June 2021, we had to go to an owner update meeting. The salesman there made fun of our plan and said we needed to upgrade, so we ended up buying more points. We had no idea about the maintenance fees and loan payments that would come with it. Honestly, we haven't had any good experiences with ****, and we just want to end our association. It's not fair to expect us to pay so much for terrible service. We tried writing and asking to get out of our contract but were ignored. Maybe this 1-star review will get someones attention. **********

      Me and my husband joined ********* as Platinum owners. It's been a bad experience since joining. Maintenance fees go up every year. And they do not send out notices for anything. They put us in collections for being late on Maintenance fees, even though they get our monthly payments with automatic payments.Tried to call to make arrangements and there are none. Last year we couldn't get a vacation in because there was no availability. This place is not a good place to invest!

      So very disappointed with my LW timeshare. Its almost impossible to use when I would like to, no vacancies Im always told. With the high maintenance fees I could stay in a very nice hotel at a time I wish to stay in any city I wish to stay. The absolutely worst decision my husband and I ever made.

      my credit card have been charged $9,078 and $2,270 without any authorization ! That's insame. I went to their sales presentation ans they took all my information in order to use my credit card information illegally. I tried my best to reach out their office and no one want to be response for that. I am sure the sales department want to get their commision so much! STAY AWAY from them!

      Yet ANOTHER company allowed to harm and financially imprison consumers. **** was bought by ***** (probably because they were drowning)...but Hyatt is no better. How can a company say they are honest, dependable, trustworthy, and competent if you don't have some sort of exit program for this timeshare? UNLESS they purposely DO NOT provide an out. Hmmm...

      Be wary! Timeshare (****) got our money. Then sold out to Hyatt. Our feeling is that **** was dying and ***** saved them. However, this is all bad news for timeshare owners as they now try to get clients to buy Hyatt too. It is the most unethical, sleazy way in the world to make sales.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am seeking the assistance of the Better Business Bureau in mediating this dispute and resolving the matter related to the contract number #P-324963, entitled ******************* Platinum Program.During the sales process, my family and I were subjected to high-pressure sales tactics, exploitation of our limited English proficiency, and alleged false statements. We were also separated from our 6-year-old kid, creating a highly stressful environment that impaired our ability to make rational decisions. I have attempted to resolve this issue directly by requesting the cancellation of the contract but received a response that they would not cancel it. The refusal to cancel the contract has not only put ** under severe financial pressure, but it has also totally destroyed my credit score, which was previously in excellent standing due to our timely bill payments. Furthermore, the overall situation and stress related to this dispute have had a negative impact on our health.In light of the above, I believe that your intervention may help bring about a fair resolution.
