    On ********** i bought online game paying via ******. **** double billed me. I tried calling **** but no answer. so i called ****** to review/dispute double charge. Behold **** suspended my access. i tried calling **** 4x and they acknowledge double bill and will escalate but 4 days on still suspended. Similar happend 2 yrs ago when my account got hackrd(sony security fault). i reported to ****(rude customer service even its thet fault). 2 weeks till they fix it. ************ switching to xbox!

    **************** does NOT HELP. When they cant resolve your problem they hang up on you. There are no managers to talk to. Im thinking about suing the company. Only way to get results

    I was a customer for 30 years owning all 5 systems. I contacted Sony customer service for the first time ever. Due to a purchase that I didn't make of a game I've never even heard of call Vrising. After some digging, I found out Sony likes to sneak games into your cart. I guess they have to make that Concord money up somehow. Playstation store absolutely no help worst customer service. I've seen in years, deleting my PlayStation account moving to steam full-time.

    I am just writing to let other people know that this company can ruin its own games out of prejudice against others and there is no way to do anything about it. First Tekken 7 being completely impossible to beat even on ******** Tactics Ogre Reborn. Both games have gane breaking issues that have been deliberately placed into the games. I dont think its just the software developers only its playstation being lazy and not making quality games and consoles. Also hating certain people for trying to play their games/consolesthis company should be exposed.

    Sony/Playstation customer support is absolute garbage. They will not give refunds or correct issues/change account subscription even on request. I am saying goodbye to Sony/Playstation, they are not worth it. I am going to PC and not spending another dime on this trash company.

    I understand PlayStation has there rules and regulations that have to be followed but permanently banning an account after you have spent so much money. Also your not even given a detailed description on what the banned is related to. I under we have to read the terms and condition but they should also inform you that your ps5 can have no use once it permanently banned

    64 dollars on a game that is straight up unplayable. Refund policy isn't even upheld by their customer service **** (which should be a lawsuit). Their customer service is a joke. I got the top tier subscription, have been playing games on THEIR consoles since PlayStation 2. My PlayStation is getting sold, and I absolutely will not be buying from Sony interactive entertainment. Such an unfortunate thing too, as their adjacent companies are fantastic.

    I bought a dlc police simulator golden edition and I didnt receive most of the dlc I paid for and the next day I requested a refund and the representative denied it then I requested to speak to a manager and he hung up on me

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought my son a PS plus premium membership, and couldn't get it to work with his account. Tried to contact customer service, you have to wait 45 minutes to chat with someone, then the chat gets glitchy, and you can't see what you say, and some of what they say.... Phone number doesn't work, so chat is the only option. Social media accounts aren't monitored, so that's useless. I just hope it stops someone from buying their products. I was going to get my son a PS5 for his birthday in 2 weeks, NO WAY. Anything other than PlayStation. Very sad. I can't believe that a company can have such terrible support.

    I have been trying to communicate with PlayStation support via chat or call but they will hang up on me and the chat just says they are experiencing high call volumes and cant help me, I need a refund for something I purchased by mistake and they said the earlier the better to process my refund but Im trying to contact support with no luck, I cant understand how such a big company has an incredibly bad customer service and support. I need to solve this issue ASAP
