    Life360 keeps stealing money from my bank account. It's been about $10.00 a month for 4 months. I would like this charge stopped and a refund. I never order this service. I went on the app and I think the information was auto filled. Also I never received a email from Life360 like they're saying I did. So there's no way for me to cancel this on my end. I've been in contact with them many times and they say they need me to fill out the information on the email they say they sent . I never received and information through email from them

    I purchased a Jiobit several years ago and have paid for the service annually. My service plan was renewed in February as expected and agreed. My Jiobit device is no longer functional and I attempted to purchase a replacement, but they are not making them anymore. Website states they have a new version coming out but no information available about it yet. The service plan is useless without the tracking device. I requested an option to purchase a new Jiobit replacement, or if not possible, the option to cancel the remaining 8 months of the service plan and get a pro-rated refund.

    On April 3rd 2025, I decided to contact ************* to help remove an explicit picture of myself that an ex has put as his profile picture. They had continuosly denied me of this request as they can only do so if the person who owns the account is requesting its deletion, according to security reasons. Well here's my security and privacy issue: this picture is of me, it can be used as revenge ****, it is defamatory, and has personal identifiable information. Because of this issue, multiple members of the care team have already seen the photo, yet they choose to not act upon it. When I contacted again on April 5th, they had given me reasons they can't resolve this issue and said they will update me via email and did not allow me time to reply before leaving the chat. I have no idea who these people are or why they are actively deciding to keep a **** picture of me, but due to their handling of this issue I would not recommend anyone trust this app. They say they are concerned with privacy and safety, yet they decide not to bypass an outdated policy because they'd rather protect the account of someone who posts explicit content and could potentially share it with other users. I feel violated, disrespected, and ultimately disappointed by the lack of care shown by this business. I am fearful that my ex will be contacted regarding his account and he will remember the photo and do something with it. All I am asking is for them to delete a photo and they won't because apparently their policy doesn't address inappropriate content and certain safety laws.

    My ****** has not been working for about a month. It does not update its location. It says that my child is at home and never updates. I followed all directed trouble shooting steps and nothing resolved it. I chatted in for the first time on 3/21/25 to get additional instructions. I was told to submit photos in which I did and was told that my ticket has been escalated to a technical support specialist and to expect a response within 3 business days. I reached back on several 4 times and they keep telling me that the problem has been escalated. I requested to have a supervisor included or to be mailed a replacement in the interim but no response. I payed a yearly subscription for this service.

    I bought a tile sticker in 1-6-25 at **** **** It isn't working at all! Anf they don't want to replace it. They also had ***** someone who was very rude and unkind to me.

    I wanted a trial with Family Locator, which is part of 360 company, there is no way to cancel the subscription. I researched and ****** gives instructions on how to cancel however the options described are mot available. So, I was charged the full 39.99 for a service I do not want. I am unable to reach them as they have no phone contact but I did email them a week ago and they still have not attempted to contact. I have since read there review comments. which I should have done first but didn't. According to the others complaints they are all as mine and none show resolutions. This website is fraudulant.

    I recently signed up for an annual gold membership with Life360. The main reason for my upgraded membership was to receive the free ****** **** pet tracker. I have waited over a month and have yet to receive it. When I reach out via email I have been given the run around and told that their records indicate I didn't upgrade in a way to be eligible for the ****** **** tracker. However, during my upgrade it was specifically thru their app and in direct response to their offer. They then proceed to tell me I need to cancel my subscription and then rejoin the EXACT same way I already have which makes zero sense. I feel like this is just a ploy to get me to give up on the free ****** ****. There is no way to contact anyone except thru email and they just keep giving me the run around by sending me instructions to do things I've already completed. None of which makes any sense or helps solve my issue. All I want is for them to send me the free ****** **** pet tracker I was promised when I upgraded. I'm exhausted with the run around.

    I am filing a complaint against Life360 due to a persistent bug in their app that I have been reporting since March 4th. I have a paid subscription for this service, which is supposed to provide accurate location tracking for my family members. However, the app has been displaying highly inaccurate locations, frequently showing multiple family members at ****** when we are nowhere near ******.

    I have provided screenshots showing that the app is incorrectly reporting locations, including my own, despite being at home or in another known location. I have reached out to Life360 support multiple times, but no one has responded or addressed the issue. The app is failing to perform its core function, and the lack of response from customer support is unacceptable for a paid service.

    Cancel Life360 Membership
    No one from life360 will contact me back to help me cancel. They have directions on their website that explain how to cancel, but since my daughters phone was turned off we no longer have access to the original setup so therefore we no longer have access to canceling our membership. I have tried to cancel since early February 2025 but all I get are automated AI messages. It's beyond frustrating. Life360 charged me 15.5 last month after I tried to cancel and after I contacted them and they will charge me another 15.5 again this month. At this point it feels like they are intentionally ignoring my requests and my ask for help so they can continue to charge me.

    I purchased a **** *** in 2024, March 17 on ******. Around the end of 2025 Feb I discovered the device was failing, likely due to an non-replaceable battery. The manufacturer lists a warranty of 1 year, of which I was still within if near the end of.

    Upon contacting them they ran me though a fairly standard request process, and denied to warranty the product as it was "a discontinued model".

    Product is advertised with a 1 year warranty, and 3 year battery life.
