I played Zynga poker thinking I could simply play free online poker. It turns out that the game is rigged, and bots and algorithms force you to lose so you have to buy chips. I took the game seriously and it affected my mental health, as I thought I could simply and fairly win with my skill. I'm urging you too please consider and take this request seriously. This is a subtle yet giant scam. They should not be allowed to promote free poker, when in reality you're not actually playing poker, since it is rigged. I am begging you to please look into this. Im a victim of identity theft and as such I receive credit monitoring. I was alerted that I have an account with this company associated with my email address. I emailed the company on 8/21/22 asking that they delete the account. Im getting a series of general email responses and they are not assisting me with deleting my account. I am asking to escalate this matter to better business bureau and hopes for resolution. I downloaded a game called Empires and Puzzles produced by Zynga. They offer the opportunity to buy heroes through a casino like environment where the money spent is not guaranteed to deliver anything of value but if your lucky it will. These heroes all have special abilities and varying speed until they fire their ability. However, when competing against others where the computer controls opponents, the stated odds, timing, and powers do not produce at the stated rates. Heroes with the odds of being able to dodge an attack 20% suddenly will dodge attacks 6 or 7 times in a row, heroes that are very slow to build up their special skill will suddenly have their special skill ready to go off faster than those rated fast. The damage done by the skills will also be stronger against you even when you have the same hero maxed. I have reached out to Zyngas customer service for months giving detailed examples asking them to fix their game or refund my money, they have refused. This are not unknown problems. On their own forums there are threads dozens of pages long and they still ignore it.Business Response

hi, im having issues with a player called zeljko, he has been stalking and insulting me for quite a while now, saying things like he paid me 1 t for *** im a w**** etc im a team im 7 different people, the issue has escalated recently when he has made a new account, by the name of ********* and is posing to be a girl which is not the case, he is coming to my tables saying im old ugly i **** d*** for chips im a team he is joining most my tables this is upsetting and tiring for me as i am u able to play the game in peace i did rest my account and change my name in hope of him losing me of his recent but zynga is a compact game now and my stats show who i am and he has found me, he is very clever as he plays both accounts at time sometimes on same table and other times seperate, if u check back you will see that zeljko has transferred chips to his other account of **** please could u sort this for me and stop this sexual predator from stalking me, i have enclosed screenshots of ********* speaking his sexual harrasment in both english and romanian, he did call me a romanian *****, i can provide u with more if needed please help this inappropriate behaviour to end, as i stated he has two accounts one called zeljko and other ********* who obviously is a man with a girls profile which should automatically ring alarm bells thank you so much for helping me with my desperate pleasBusiness Response

I played a game online that was 1 million coins. Coins I have won and some purchased with my own cash. The payout is almost double the bet. I won the game. After I left the game over 20 million of my coins was gone. I contacted support. They told me I broke a rule. No rules was broken. But even if it was why are they not explaining what the issue was. I make other purchases on this app for other things as well. the email response was sorry we can not give you further information. You just take some ones coins they bought, and worked to win, and will not give any details. I want be spending anymore of my money on this app I know that. I have been playing Farmville2: Tropic Escape for about 18 months. In that time, I have spent well over $2,500.00 dollars to purchase 'gems', 'master crafters', and 'power packs', etc. to help with my game play. I recently discovered however that I have, and have had the entire time, a defective version of the game. There are parts missing on my version that have given other players an unfair advantage. I am in the *** club, supposedly, but although I have talked with my *** helper about the situation, he has never gotten back to me with any answers or fixes for the game, no compensation for playing a defective game for 18 months, nothing. When I contacted support in general, I was flat out lied to about what was wrong... 3 separate times, and I have proof of that... in emails and screenshots, available on request! I have had other problems with the game, but my *** helper has always been very understanding and has compensated my for those small issues. This problem I have now is not a small issue: When diving in the 'Sunken Temple', I do not have a 'Crystal ******** it' never been there. Everyone else has had it since 2017, when it was released. Support tried 3 times telling me it was a brand new roll out and just be patient... except it's been out and in the game since 2017. *** helper agreed it's been out since 2017, and he supposedly is having it investigated, whatever that means, and that was 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, I can now no longer visit my friends' farms either as a pop up keeps telling me it's an old version of the game, say what? I play on a desktop PC, and use ****** Chrome. Also, the game freezes quite often, a known issue with it, and restart will wipe away any specials that happen to be running when it freezes.... such as free sunshine that's been won, etc. I think it's quite unfair that I have not had proper game play, have a defective version, and am being lied to... because it sure has not stopped them from taking my money!Business Response

It was not very good compensation for what they did, but I will accept what they gave me for it because if I don't I will have to press theft charges against them... and I don't want to deal with that at this time, so they get away with stealing from the elderly/disabled. I hope they are proud of that.

As indicated by screenshots (just one instance among many), zynga awards chips for completing challenges on their premium pass which I paid for 3x already.
However this time yeah you get the chip prize and not the premium like last 2 x, as evidenced by chip stack before and after, was credited 12.2 bil, SHOULD have been a 12 bil added on there wasn't.
It is NOT the original prize because it is different, in this case 12 bil even. .
I have contacted cs 4 times they always say the same thing, "you got your prize", but say nothing about the premium even with screenshots.
I have multiple screenshots showing same thing.
Breach of contract and wire fraud to name 2.
I give up I want my $$ back

No they have not done anything but the ame same canned response over and over, they charge you a premium,the 9.99, and show the premium being awarded but you only get the top amount, NOT the bottom amount after the plus sign, this is one screenshot among many, when I purchased this before you received both, now they simply say "we gave you the normal prize", but NO premium. I am familiar with this prize structure because have done it now 3 times, this is a bait and switch.
For some reason this time around it is not awarding what you paid for, therefore I ask the amount spent be returned to my bank account forthwith.
Their customer service responses seem to know nothing about the premium which is obviously not the normal prize which they always refer to, pretty obvious it is a different prize because as shown, is a different amount.
Sometimes it is the same amount but usually near the same amount of the standard prize.
Or award me the correct amount of the premiums, which so far is at least 40 billion MORE.

So Ive spent thousands of dollars playing their game the more you buy the more you lose you complain to Customerservice and they just block you one of the things youre supposed to get when you reach the level that I have is VIP service which means they send you free chips in the email as well as notifications once in a while with free chips I havent received any and I do not get VIP service they do not acknowledge my emails they do not return my emails but they continue to take my money so I can lose at their tables because they cheat the hands usually on the last card the other guy wins but thats gambling I get that but I pay for VIP service Im at that level and they dont give me what they pay for Ive asked them many times and I dont get a responseBusiness Response

No customer service contact info is given. The options refer you to their website, but there is no option for customer service there either. I attempted to call the headquarter number listed on their website at ************ but no one answers the phone.I have contacted my credit card company, but they say it may take month or so. I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand. I have not received any response from Zynga that I can find. The business Google*Zynga has placed charges on my credit card and refuses to tell me who made the charges (shouldn't they be able to find that information from the Reference numbers on the charge postings?), how were the charges made (credit card skimming device? Stolen identity?) I did NOT make any purchases and they refuse to help me resolve this. They should be going after the people who made these charges and not going after an 86 year old.
