    Zynga doesn't give players coins on a daily basis. The Games don't pay off anymore. i've played on FB for close to 10 years. Now they cheat ** by giving us LINKS for daily coins, the link goes to their BUY COINS with Real Money. They lie to us, they won't give us Coins for the game, they only offer coins TO BUY WITH REAL MONEY. This is Bait and Switch. i have spent at lest ****** or more in buying coins and extra feature gimmicks.

    on september the 28 th, during the night time i subjected to the most hoffific abuse on your site, i have reported this in app as i am suppose to, ive been stalked by ****** and his other account ******* for the pass few months ive brought this to your attention on various occasions, ive changed my name on my account several times, this harassment and bullying has escalated to the point that he has now told all his friends im fake, im a man, im a *****,i have millions of accounts, im a team and now i feel i can no longer play the game. i p,ayed your game to relax and meet new people be friendly and respect all, it got to the point last night that i cried so hard this is having a severe impact on my mental health and tbh i wished i was dead last night. ****** plays two accounts on the same table regularly (*******) he passes 100s of bills between each account to gain rewards for challenges he persecuted me please feel free to investigate this as you will find im speaking the truth. last night i was subjected to abused instigated by *******************, ******, ******, ******************,ease check the table i offered a video chat with all proving im not fake but their intent was to destroy my credibility, all because i did not add ****** as a friend. as i said i wished i was dead last night, ive since deleted the app but this shouldnt have to be the case, i as them to have the right to play in peace, i did mute them all but their presence and constant harrassement of ****** does not make the mute button worth while, i cannot emphasise enough the impact this had on mental health, he has the power to make a whole group of people turn agaisnt one individual (me) i really wish i was dead i just wanted to p,ay a stupid platform game please could you help with this, please investigate all chat and ****** game play in recent months you will find him cheating for rewards and harassing me. what i say is the truth i have a few screen shots but you can see all chats of all tables

    Zynga is and has been letting a ************** of at least ***** play their ***** Wonka slots site with FREE expired coin links that date back as much as 2-3 years ago. They are collecting these links as many times as they want for as long as they want. They may of not known about it in the beginning, however I have sent customer support countless emails with screenshots of these players in my weekly dash showing them either leading that week or at the top. The pics I attached is this werks dash. The girl in the picture is in the group and is currently second. One week only four won a chest and all four were cheaters in the group. This cant continue. There are too many players including myself that are paying money and still cant beat them. I joined the group in May of 2020 trying to pick up tips to see why I can't win. Shortly after is when this started. In the beginning I did collect coins myself. However I stopped as I knew it was not right. And eventually zynga will stop it. I let it go for a long period without complaining. However they have let too many people in the group. And I have a 0% chance of finishing 1st in any of the weekly events. At the very least zynga needs to inform every single player that has played and are currently playing about this. I feel they should have to refund players a portion of what they have spent. These cheaters have banks in the quadrillions of coins. And in the past brag about never spending a single *****. I can upload pictures of the coin links that they collect from. Please let me know if there is a way to make sure it gets stopped. You can check my past customer support emails. It is in the hundreds.

    August 28 2022 I purchased gems to be used in the game. $29.99 was paid through ****** play. $29 equals ***** gems. At first nothing was credited. I've contacted them several times and they keep saying they credited me. That's incorrect as I paid for ***** worth of gems. I've contacted them several times and keep getting told they did it and there is nothing in the game (where gems are shown) I've followed all technical instructions and the gems are not there. I attached a copy of my ****** receipt with the confirmation number

    I have been trying for better than a week to contact them through their support and it keeps saying theres an error has occurred I am handicapped I have arthritis and had a stroke recently I need to speak to a person Im having chips skimmed off your thing keeps going down and I cant remember how to get in and I need to speak to somebody all I want is a return call and they could take care of me in five minutes My emails are. ********************* ************** no spaces no caps I also have one at ********************* ************** with no spaces no capitals.     I have been going back and forth with support trying to explain how the car I used in the tier 4 tempest 3 races I did not receive an elite license for once I beat the event. I was using my ***** lb nsx to complete the whole thing.

    Zynga did a simple bait and switch with the Spin the Wheel challenge. Per the attached photos, the wheels pre and post win amounts GREATLY differ. Zyngas greed is unnecessary. Why taint a popular, fun game with manipulation, lies, and deceit - such tactics will inevitably lead to zero coins for Zynga. I miss PEAK GAMES.

    This is zyngas wonka slots game. They are allowing a ************** of a little over ***** collect expired coin links by back dating their devices up to three years. We are talking trillions of free coins. I know this as I joined the group before the coin links were introduced. I see the players laughing at us the paying players. There are thousands of players that are paying money and have little to no chance to beat any of these cheaters. It costs 99 for around 1 trillion coins. They can collect a trillion in a matter of minutes. I will upload a few of the links they are collecting over and over. I have told zynga for well over a year and they just say they are looking into it. So they don't care. My guess is players trying to beat these cheaters are spending quite a bit of money and they dont care. Please tell me where to go to get it stopped. I want every player that ever spent a ***** on the site to know what they were up against. I really think we all should either get a monetary refund or an extremely amount of free coins to play with.ps the pictures you see are some of the links they collect. Again they can do it 24/7 if they want. It is called Angies list because ****** is the one who sets the links.

    I would like to add my name to the list of people that have been ripped off by Zynga games. I have been playing several years, and I have noticed a pattern. They give you free coins, but you can buy more coins with real money to continue to play. This is the problem. Zynga allows members to join their friends in room. These people know the cards that I have in my hand before I play. I have been told these are members of the Zynga family that are plants that are put into rooms to cheat. I am almost sure that this is happening. They will tell you that "OH NO WE DON'T CHEAT", " IT IS ALL RAMDOM", but that is a lie. I have played with the free money, but I also have spent real money to continue to play. I should be refunded for this money but know this is not going to happen. So, I am here to tell others don't spend real money to play, I would also like to say that somewhere down the road when someone decides to take zynga to court, that I would like to tell my story and let it be heard. Zynga stealing our money on the computer would be considered "INTERNET FRAUD".

    08/26/2022 Today I was informed by CSR2 that I am permanently banned from playing this game. Over the past 3-4 years I have bought $3-4,000 worth of product from Zynga/NM to play their game online. I have queried their support multiple times requesting clarification on WHY I was banned but continually get back non descriptive answers that do absolutely no good in determining what, if anything, I did wrong.Zynga needs to immediately reinstate me with a full apology and explanation or refund my entire purchase total since I no longer am allowed to use these resources for their game. It is inconceivable that a company can ban someone for a rules violation without identifying what rule they were violating! I liken this to being stopped and arrested and not informed WHY you were being arrested. This policy by Zynga is absurd and needs to be immediately changed or canceled. It is completely unfair to players such as myself that have supported them since they initiated CSR2.

Zynga prefers to remain accuser, judge, jury and sentences of players without any appeal process available to them.
