I have played this game for yrs.on Dec 20th it came up to buy coins to buy Which came up so fast. I hit the wrong button. I didnt mean to. I couldnt stop the charge to my checking account 7499, which was not meant to happen. I text to them and ask them for my money back. They will not give it to me. I am 76 years old. Zynga changed their game-I play on a team Word Mafia (grandma B) and we earn club trophies by watching ADS. There is a button on our team site called WATCH- it is supposed to be lit up DAILY so we can watch a total of 4 permitted ads to gain CLUB TROPHIES which increase our score. They did a supposed "update"- now that WATCH button is continuously GREYED OUT- 24 hours a day. I have not been able to access this feature for over 72 hours. They told me they can SEE the WATCH button is GREYED OUT, but will do NOTHING to correct the situation.ALL my other TEAMMATES have the button "lit up"- What is going on- why do they REFUSE to fix this issue- they keep referring me to changes made in the ability to watch ads. They say the feature RESETS 3 am Pacific time every day now which is 6 a.m. NY TIME- but for a total so far of 72 hours I HAVE HAD No ABILITY to WATCH those ads. I am the ONLY ONE on my team not able to do so-************ is very DISINGENUOUS -they continually aggravate their players. they used to be a way that people cheated at this game and did unlimited ads and now Feature but now I have an absolutely no ads at all and I want this investigator. I want this fixed.

So Basically this is the response I received from ********** of the Executive Team on 12/10/2024. No RESOLUTION whatsoever. My team leader has informed me that they have probably "BLOCKED" the AD feature from my game.
I have followed their instructions to the LETTER. I have not CHANGED the date on my phone and have unstalled and reinstalled now a total of 6 times. I still feel I am being PENALIZED by this company. Their total LACK OF TRANSPARENCY with the BBB is evident.
So Basically what I am requesting is for you to contact this ********** again- and ask her if I have been BLOCKED- or has the AD feature been DISABLED? Am I being Penalized or what? After 14 years of being a customer and spending a lot of money, I feel this is very VINDICTIVE and I am not understanding WHY this cannot be resolved.

On 11/28/2024, your device was set to 1/28/2025 while playing, which caused the watch ads feature to be disabled. This happened because the system detected that the options for the following day had already been used based on the incorrect time settings.
We want to gently remind you that altering device time settings to access features beyond the set limits can disrupt app functionality. To resolve this issue, please ensure your device time is set correctly. Once you've done that, uninstall and reinstall the app again to restore normal functionality. This issue is like a REVOLVING DOOR- you keep complaining and it goes NOWHERE- around and round in circles- so the executive team contacted me- but absolutely NOTHING has been done. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game 4 times on my I pad as well as my I phone- I have the most updated version- I update all the time.
Yet, you REFUSE to fix this issue- I am a 71 year old woman having played this game for 14 years and have spend a ton of MONEY with your company.

I am rejecting this response because: I did get a phone call from a Zynga executive named *****. It took over 1 month to get this response. She was trying to be "helpful" but the problem as of 12/18/2024 was NOT RESOLVEDIt seems there is now a "CORRUPT FILE" on my account and this could NOT be resolved before the Christmas and New Year Holiday 2024.
She felt it was caused to my trying to get my ads back and "maneuvering the dates" on the game back and forth.
they stated it might take them as long as 1 MONTH to solve this issue, meaning end of January 2025.
We spoke about the fact the date I altered the game to was January 29, 2025 so what we are going to do is this.
IF I do not hear back from her by January 13, 2025 I am going to send FOLLOW UP correspondence to her. We both agreed to wait and see if by 01/31/2025 the issue might resolve on its own, as that was the date I altered the game until. ALSO she did AGREE to put in an INVESTIGATION TICKET to fix the issue. (She seemed a bit hesitant-hope she will really do this). They can SEE EVERY MOVE I MAKE, WHAT TROPHIES I GET, IT IS LIKE 'BIG BROTHER' MONITORING EVERYTHING.
I am SKEPTICALLY awaiting to see what happens. In view of all the problems I am really skeptical about believing her, but since I am a mature adult, I will give her the BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT- HOWEVER NONE OF THESE PROMISES WERE PUT IN "WRITING" TO BACK ME UP AT A LATER TIME.
Therefore, if you are able, can we keep this complaint 'OPEN" until End of January ****************************************************************************** not?

First of all, the problem is about a game Im playing, its called Yoworld on ********. Zynga used to be the company running the game but now another company, whose name is ****************, is running and the complaint is about the latter. Ive had my account on this game for years ever since I was a young kid and suddenly a week ago, to my surprise, I logged into the game as I used to do everyday, only to find a message saying that my account has been permanently banned for severe terms of service violation(s) and thats when I was staring at the screen for a while in shock. As you can see, this game requires a lot of effort to buy, sell and trade. The items are incredibly expensive. So, in order to save up for something let alone everything you want, it takes forever and takes a lot of effort and time, Im talking years. Hence, in a matter of seconds I find myself permanently banned for absolutely no reason. I have never broken any terms or rules. Not to mention, the banning waves keep coming at a lot of people including many friends of mine who have the same problem as mine. Id like to ask for my account back as its my right to have it back because I have done nothing wrong. The items on the account, the memories and the time plus the effort I have spent on it, all of the above, are unimaginable. The account is worth billions. Kindly, acknowledge that I couldnt find the name of the company ( **************** ) on the search engine thats why I chose Zynga just to be able to get to the page where I can complain and send my voice to you. I have also appealed and emailed them about what happened and they never replied back as if they dont even care. I implore you to get my account back because this is not how a company should run a business. Game play is highly addictive and should be considered ************* is advertised as free, but in order to win, players must purchase special clubs, tickets, and ***** in order to ******** play starts off easy, then slowly builds addiction. I understand the premise of playing their games but what they are doing is criminal when applied to extra bonus features.
