I do not need an explanation of how it allegedly works. I want YOU to do something about improving my winning chances. I am tired of LOSING SOLO games and my coins. Tired of my personal money going to waste. I have purchased several coins recently only to lose EVERY single game in SOLO. I continue to be dealt the worst, weakest, and lowest hands at every SOLO table. Every game. I cant even get 2nd or 1st place. I can't even get a winning percentage rate above 30%. As a result of your corrupt algorithm s******* me over and wasting my money, Id like a refund of all the coins I have purchased this year of 2025 or I will have to file a small claims lawsuit in court against Zynga. This could be avoided by fixing your algorithm, for my account and stop the repeated losses against my account in SOLO. I need an EXTENSIVE WINNING steak in SOLO. Like winning 100 SOLO games in a row to make up for horrible experience this year of 2025 so far. This is the worst game experience ever. *PLEASE do NOT respond with the ************ template response defending your terrible and wack algorithm. I do not need an explanation of how it allegedly works. I want YOU to do something about improving my winning chances. I am tired of LOSING SOLO games and my coins. Tired of my personal money going to waste. Refusal to help will also result in me filling a chargeback against the app for all coins purchased and lost and if you ban my account, I will file another lawsuit for damages.PLEASE FIX THIS ******** TERRIBLE A** *************!It is NOT designed to be fair nor equitable.     This company falsely advertises. They are able to single out specific players based on certain algorithms in order to scam people out of there hard earned money. This is not even gambling because you cant ever win any money. Its a company who preys on people who obviously have addiction issues and it shouldnt even be legal. When you try deleting your account they make you wait 30 days so they can get more of your money.

    I started an account on this game and was playing like a new player would following the steps. I noticed when I logged back in this morning, I had a new activity called the Card Collection. I had some coins to spin on their wheels (Bronze, Silver or Gold). I took it to 5x spin on Bronze wheel as I had enough coins built up for a few spins. After spinning, I noticed I had won a large sum of coins (******************* Trillion to be exact) Holy smokes! I hit a great jackpot and continued playing normally. I thought this was a perk in their game for new players like most slot games. I played throughout the day lowering and upp'ing my bet; then came back from lunch to notice a banner on my acct that said "Due to an error in the game your account has been updated and all of my coins were gone". According to their terms of service, they can only do this if there was a glitch, a bug, cheat, hack, script or bot used to gain these collects. However, according to their message this was just and ERROR and probably a typo that some Zynga coder did. They have broken their own ToS contract with me (and Im sure many other new players and with that they should resolve my case by depositing my ***** Trillion coins back into my account. If this is not done, then due to their breaking of contract, they should be held accountable by a Class-Action Lawsuit,

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company is not assisting with the issue. They find it ok to remove coins from my acct that were won legitimately at no fault of mine. They had issues with their system is not an excuse to take my winnings away. If there was a system wide issue then there would be more complaints filed for removing coins from accts. This still goes against their own ToS agreement and my coins should be rewarded back into my acct. I am willing to accept half of my winnings back into my account which is ****** coins. 
    But my coins need to be put back.

    I was told by Top ****** customer service to get a refund from ***** $636.34 and after talking to ********************** for two weeks the manager told me that per contract with Top ****** that they wrote up that they do not offer any refunds so therefore they cannot extend a refund on their behalf even with screenshots and records proving it so now I need a solution the account can be erased I just need the refund that I was promised it cannot be through ***** but I have all the receipts and evidence and account information thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: its not a solution and was told that Im being sent to the same department that lied repeatedly and gave me a option that doesnt exist false advertising defrauded me even after submitting claims and evidence that they nerfed things in the app after purchases then shove other packages into your face in order to play its predatory and I begged them for a refund and to delete the account and now ****************** is aiding and abetting this sub company into scamming me out of my money 100% not satisfied they abusing a loophole with ***** contracts and its not fair and offering anything but a fair solution.

    I am rejecting this response because: Zynga reviewed what social point said after repeatedly telling me to get a refund and defrauding me through there policy with ***** that reads on contract that they offer zero refunds under any circumstances this is unacceptable they committed fraud and Zynga is telling them that its fine and offer me in game currency as a sorry for stealing $636.34 from me that I told them I dont want thats not a refund that I was promised and lied to by this company and ***** is currently investigating thats false advertisement and shouldnt drag on for a half a year of waiting for my payment my check since they told ***** not to issue any money on there behalf in there contract this is a pyramid scheme they all in on it buyer beware

    In the game theres achievement levels . You have limited tasks as is to level up. I made it to level 39! About a year ago. Recently ( 7-9) months ago the game dropped me to level 30 for no apparent reason. I sent them screenshot proof several times and keep getting the were working on it response . Its been months and nothing has been done . They keep closing my chats now every time I go to leave a report to them . Im losing interest fast bc my hard earned level is gone . I been playing for years to reach that. I spend lots if money monthly on the game and I dont think its right . Please help

    On 1/7/2025 I had approximately 1.2 trillion chips in my account. I sat at a table with 100 billion chips and lost them. I reloaded my stack with 100 billion more chips and proceeded to lose those too. I reloaded again with 500 billion chips. Before a hand was dealt I decided I didnt want to lose those chips too so I left the table. When I left, I noticed the 500 billion chips were no longer in my account. I requested to have the chips restored but Zynga customer service refused to reinstate them.

    I have played this game for yrs.on Dec 20th it came up to buy coins to buy Which came up so fast. I hit the wrong button. I didnt mean to. I couldnt stop the charge to my checking account 7499, which was not meant to happen. I text to them and ask them for my money back. They will not give it to me. I am 76 years old. I would didn't do that intentionally. Can you please help me out? I am on a fixed income and do not have that kind of money to spend on a game
