    I play zynga through my ******** account. I started playing 4 months ago and in that time I have spent close to $5,000.00 paid directly to zynga (via apple pay and paypal). I am a black diamond vip with 159T chips in my account. I have the receipts of all that was paid to them. I purchased $200.00 in gold 2 days before I was banned. On July 9, 2024 when I logged into my account, it said it was banned. I contacted my zynga vip manager who said he couldn't help me. I was banned for chat yet it also said I was banned for cheat, hack or idk what. I have don ******* at all wrong. This company was glad to take my money for the past four months but when they banned me, no one will help me. What good is having a VIP Manager if they can't tell me what I did, they said chat, but show me the proof. I win a hand and I'm reported by players. They get mad, they start cursing at me for winning. I would like my account back with 159T chips. Please contact zynga on my behalf to get this returned to me. Thank you

    I want my account back with the 159T in chips I did nothing wrong and I paid to them $5,000.00.  I want to see the proof of what I did. If I do not get my account back, I will be contacting my credit card company disputing all the charges to receive the money back.  I paid for something that I did not receive.  I want the proof.  When I won a hand, players reported me, for no reason.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    ***** refuses to give me a straight answer and why they took my account that I spent over $5000 in 4 months. *** asked for proof and they refuse to give me any. They basically scamming customers like myself to take our accounts so we go and restart a new account which would mean more money for them. I spent $200 the night before I was banned and when I logged In my account was banned but they gladly took my $200 bucks. They are not working with me this is a lie all they are doing is bullying me so I get tired and just give them more money. I use the game as an emotional outlet. I just lost my mom last months and I have no more family. My VIP guy who gladly was happy taking my money wont even answer my calls anymore. I was also part of the focus group they have . When I went to ******** to let go of my mothers ashes that day they called me to answer questions about the game and I took the call. They have no morals or respect for their customers.

    I been purchasing chips from zinga to play spades and poker for years , and for some reason out of the blue they banned me for 7 days from purchasing chips and gave me no reason why . I have been a loyal customer for years and would like to know why they did this .

    I have played zynga for many years and on June 20, 2024 I was banned for behavior. Players were attacking me and I responded back. I have the right to defend myself. There have been players stalking me for days. My account is a black diamond and I have spent lots of money and time on my account. I have contacted my VIP manager and he has never responded to me through both email and phone call. I am asking to reinstate my account and I promise I will not have bad behavior ever again.

    Hello dear Ms/Mrs ********************* am sending you screenshots from the last communication together with screeshots about my account between me and Zynga company employees, as they keep asking me via emails to explain my appeal against the banning my Black vip account, while I had to file an appeal again through their appeal portal and other information about my account despite the fact that I gave them my reasons several times and I have already been assigned an appeal number: ******** EB under the supervision of ******************************, who seems to me to be a very nice person, but the whole process is already taking too long and I don't understand why there are any expensive vip accounts when they have no weight and corresponding respect in society. I firmly believe that it will be resolved in a short time, because it has not only material but also emotional value for me, the whole situation is very exhausting and stressful for me.     on 25th of june 2024 my poker account was suspended permanently. this occurred due to a malicious player making a false report after laughing on the tables and saying ************* thanks ************* *** . his intention was to get me banned he succeeded. i have currently reached **** tier this took a lot of time, dedication and money i have spent over 2000 pounds to reach this VIP tier. on reaching the vip tier i was informed i had a VIP MANAGER. i reached out to Zynga and appealed the suspension and asked to talk with my VIP manager they informed me that the suspension would remain and i had no VIP manager to help me. i asked for them to provide me with any evidence that i had broken the rules but again Zynga was evasive and refused to show me any evidence i believe this is because there is none, as no rules where broken. I have paid for these chips and Zynga has stopped me using what i have bought. can Zynga by law take my chips when i have bought them. 2000 is a lot to spend on a game that leaves you vulnerable to false reports and these situations. i can produce all receipts of my purchases made to Zynga. i have always bought from zynga only, it is frustrating that i see players cheating and buying 100 of trills on a daily basis on the black marker and they still all playing whilst i didnt break the rules and i am not allowed to play. i do believe that after spending 2000 on zynga poker game i have shown my dedication and willingness to work with zynga and i deserve to have my account reinstated. not only because the report was false but also out of goodwill of my hardwork of working towards to my black diamond tier i would like my account reinstated

    i have paid money to play zynga poker game, my last purchase being 20th june 2024 exactly four days after buying gold and purchasing the challenge pass my account was suspended unjustly, as i buy of zynga regularly i had achieved a platinum status on this i was told i would recieve a VIP manager, as i knew my suspension was a false malicious report which the player the night before laughed and said to me say goodbye ***** say goodbye *** to to my friend who incidently got a permant ban the next day to me, i appealed this decison right away. i was informed that the decision stood and the decision was final, i asked what this was based on and to provide evidence which zynga has refused to do. i believe this is mainly because i had done nothing against the rules, i would like for my account to be reinstated right away i would also like to know about the vip status which also zynga has not provided information on, i have asked these question when do i get a vip manager what tier etc i am never given a direct answer to any questions, i would also like the person who made false reports to be punished, his name was D.H.K. i have spent 100s on this game at 500 pound and yet zynga offer no support or fairness in the way they investigate reports or no evidence that support the reports . i am unable to compete for the challenges of the pass i am unable to use the chips i purchased of zynga either is this even legal to withhold what i have bought so rightfully belong to me.also the fear is there of ever returning as this player has made it clear to me and many players that my account will be banned he will make sure i no longer am able to play, yet if i report him nothing is done. so basically he a bully putting fear into other players. is this a fair system. zynga can check my account from the day it was opened and will not find one act of breaking rules on it, also i have played for 3/4 years and never had a suspension. untill this bitter man decided he didnt like me

    I am rejecting this response because:As the violation concerns me only, I cannot see how its a privacy inpacts anyone, as I am only seeing what I have supposedly done to warrant a suspension therefore I should be able to see the evidence.  I bought the challenge pass and was unable to compete for it, whilst I know that my account will reopen on Monday this false report has left my account both vulnerable and with a blemish on it.  I find this unacceptable as a paying customer who has paid to be platinum tier so I have vip perks,I would like to know the name of my VIP MANAGER and a time frame of how long it takes for him/her to get in touch and will this be by phone or email, Zynga as always is very vague and evasive.  I will always be afraid and feeling vulnerable when playing your Game is this how it is suppose to be, When you are paying for your gameplay? This player is a bully and   I didnt take this players threats so seriously as I know I dont break the rules and I trusted Zynga not to allow false allegations to affect me, I was so wrong. Please can you give me more information regarding my VIP MANAGER as my trust in Zynga has seemed to have diminish somewhat. Why does Zynga make it so hard to speak to your VIP MANAGER or find out answers ?

    I have several complaints against Zynga and Golf Rival, in particular. The game advertises that one's opponents are real people from around the world. In reality, the vast majority, if not all, of the opponents are bots. I wouldn't really mind this so much, but the bots are often much more skilled and have more advanced equipment no matter how much one upgrades equipment and no matter how skilled one gets. I wouldn't even mind this so much, but these advanced bots are often used in situations where it can cost a player money. These situations are in a player's currently highest achieved level, and in tournaments which can have entry fees and/or paid extras. If one has the temerity to point out the fraudulent nature of this practice, the powers that be will make the bots even more skilled and frequently used. Golf Rival is actually a fun game and has very nice looking graphics. I find it to be a real shame that Zynga feels it to be necessary to cheat its customers. I have been playing this game off and on for 6 or 7 years, and I have complained to them many times with the same result - they just make one's experience more miserable. I have spent several hundred dollars on this game over the years, but it would be impossible to put an exact figure on it. I'm not seeking reimbursement or any other compensation. What I would love to see is for Zynga to stop cheating their customers. Honestly, I don't know if they are capable of doing that. If all the opponents are bots, that would be hard to do.

    I purchased their "race pass" upgrade on May 8th, 2024 for the sole purpose of obtaining a second race car to be used for spare parts, what they call "stripping". However, due to a known bug, I was unable to strip said car. I have reached out to them, but they refuse to take responsibility, nor to refund my money. Saying all sales are final. So I then reached out to the ****** Play store for a refund, but by that time it was too late and they refused the refund. I would either like to strip this duplicate car, or be provided a refund for the money I spent.

    Zynga has a Game of Thrones Slots game. They promise big wins, interactive gameplay etc. However, this is partially a lie. They don't actually give you big wins...instead they actually rig the game so that it doesn't actually pay you anything. They recently updated the game on Friday via app store and the game has done nothing but take players coins and force spending. The game actually makes people become addicted much like a slot machine in a casino. They have a feature called a "Dragon Respin" in which it would allow the reels to give a win or bonus game. Since the update, I have lost Trillions of coins because they altered the gameplay and functionality of the game to prevent any wins. Before the update I had Respins all the time and since Friday....I have had 7. I have lost coins and even real money because of this. I am not the only player having issues. I asked to speak to a manager who has not even reached out to me to try to resolve the issue. I want my coins back since the game no longer works or functions like it did before the update on Friday. This is unacceptable.

    I am rejecting this response because: No resolution has been reached. Their response stating they will continue to work with me on this matter is a LIE! The latest email (which I have attached) clearly states that they will not respond to me anymore regarding this matter. In every email they have sent they have neglected a resolution, been offensive, condescending and dismissive of me and the complaint I have brought forward. As stated above, they have said they will not respond to me any me anymore. I reject this response until a mutually agreed upon resolution can be met.
