    I have been an avid player of Spades Plus through Zinga for almost a year. I'm not a fan of not only the random ads that I have to go through in order to collect coins that I've earned but there are glitches during games that have cost me not only coins but a fair gaming experience. Furthermore... aside from other serious billing issues, their "customer support" is anything but helpful or supportive but rather a very unpleasant experience consisting of rude employees replying to email about how they cannot help solve an issue because Zynga is not responsible for "customer" errors and there is no Corporate contact. I'm contacting the BBB about this! To all curious players... Proceed with extreme caution!

    This company put an offer up on revu offerwall and did not honor the agreement to which I spent money on. Revu will not help me. I have screen shots of the offer and the completion. I spent a considerable amount of money to achieve this and I would like my offer honor or money returned. After reading multiple reviews, I'm not the only one scammed by this. The game is merge dragons. An offer was created to play the game. I completed the task and was denied my reward. I will seek further actions for my funds returned if an agreement isn't met.

    I used to get really good support from Zynga for Words with Friends. Now that **** seems to have disappeared!! Very disappointing! Not worth playing if I have to watch all the ads after each play - especially since I paid not to see the ads.

    Was banned from spades plus on Zynga and I aint done anything. I don't cheat, and outside of competitive language in the chat I don't use offensive or derogatory slurs because I like to be social and chat ban is a bummer. However as of today I was banned for an hour AND I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING. Honestly this experience rubbed me the wrong way and Im looking towards leaving the app alone after playing it for 7 consistent years.

    First off I would like to say that Zynga customer service is at best nonexistent. The game has cheated me out of hundreds of dollars but I love the game of spades so much that I continued to waste my money in hopes that the game would change to a better format where cheating is frowned upon rather than widely accepted. The game owners pay me no attention when Ive reported cheating and Ive even been cheated by the company for various game infringements. Well Ive come to the end of my rope. It seems there is no help with the online gaming industry and its a huge problem and Zynga is laughing all the way to the bank praying on some good people that actually love the game of online spades and realizing theres no competition for their business. If you dont want to be completely frustrated dont play Zynga games. Their crooked business practice.. I stand behind everything I say in this statement and would testify in court against them.

    this company does NOTHING to fix their bugs. If you send them a message, you get a generic response, often unrelated to your concern or problem. At least half the time, Farmville 2 doesn't work and won't load. It will do this for DAYS, making you lose your progress and crops. It's beyond frustrating.

    I have been a loyal player of Farmville 2 for 11 years. I spend my hard earned money on the game. This year I have had so many issues with using the website and have missed out on using timed items that cost my money with farm bucks. Each time I have reported it and each time I am ran around in circles trying to get answers. Enough is enough. I am still not convinced I am talking to a actual person when I do contact support. Something needs to be done. Fix the game or give me back my money!

    They keep banning me for players who lose and are sore behind it, making false reports on me this needs to stop or some form of action is needed.

    This company ignores complaints. This company does NOT assist a complaint with a live person. This company allows a complaint to go unresponsive for a number of days, maybe weeks. This company overcharges and many times duplicate your transactions.

    Zynga cheats. They must be using algorithms to give certain cars to certain players at certain times. They make a fortune on "Remaining Cards" $4 per week, but without paying for that you have half the chance to win. No one can memorize every card that has been played. I UNINSTALLED forever. It WAS a great game! But I won't tolerate it any longer.
